Location, easy reach to most places by walking. Very modern, pristine infact, very clean, quiet area, nice touch with shower gels, hand wash. Impressed by the window in one of the restrooms, as it was made into a mirror! 2 x toilet facilities, impressive
The beds were incredibly hard/firm so did not sleep well at all, although some people may much prefer this. Could not park on the property due to other guests not being very considerate with the space, however, the very nice man that was on site at the time booked an online permit for us to park in the same street, of which there were lots of spaces

Location was near the city center.

Missing towels when arrived (host dropped towels down once communicated we didnt have any)
Toilet seat too small for the actual toilet

Great location, nicely presented, clean and tidy. Very nice host. Very comfy beds.
Washing machine was out of order meaning I had to go to local laundrette. Front door was incredibly difficult to open/ lock. Snapped key in lock which host replaced without fuss. Inconveniences rather than issues.

The spa facility to be fair was excellent. Be careful though as the photos suggest it’s sort of part of the apartment. Its not. It’s a separate room out in the courtyard that is bookable at timed spots by all of the flats that share it. It is not your private spa room. The spa also adds quite an added fee to your stay.
The street is dirty and seems very student area, a lot of piled up rubbish on the street everywhere. The stairwell up to the flats is tired and grubby. The flat itself is tbf clean. Fine I’d say for young people, if you’re wanting a lovely space for relatives or elders, maybe scan other areas of the city.
