Great location for city centre and the bay, comfortable for 4 adults.
Good property but would benefit from a fresh coat of paint and a garden tidy, living room seating slightly inadequate for 4 people.

Het betreft een volledig huis met twee ruime slaapkamers. Het huis lijkt recent gerenoveerd waardoor veel er nieuw uitziet met nieuwe apparatuur.
Er is wat bespaard op de renovatie. Bijv. Binnendeuren die niet goed in het slot vallen en vloeren die kraken.

Clealiness on the whole was very poor ,microwave not fit for purpose. It needs a deep clean and a coat of paint outside needs some attention. It could be very nice if they sorted the problems out.
