Location, comfy beds, modern apartment, communication with owner when I had trouble with uploading documents.
Information prior to arrival and access to property.

The living room/ kitchen area was lovely.
The cleanliness on arrival was honestly disappointing. There was dust on the surfaces, there was a used wet coffee pod in the coffee machine, it hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guests, the whole place could have done with a really good wipe down and thorough clean. There was also no tea towel to wipe down surfaces we had to buy some.
The place has huge potential, if the cleanliness was better. We also had no heating or hot water on arrival and couldn’t have a shower until the next day, with two small kids staying our first night was extremely cold, and not relaxing. We also received a noise complaint from the hosts, which was upsetting. The two children were playing from 5-7pm before bed and we were asked to keep the noise down, honestly why allow children to stay when we couldn’t relax after this.
