Comfortable, spacious apartment, close to all city centre amenities.

Really well located clean apartment

Location was excellent. Apartment clean.

Really could do with fans was a hot weekend and apartment very hot. Noisy if windows opened due to proximity of neighbours

Apartment ok but parking difficult.

Apartment was clean, modernised and in a good location.

Access to parking was tight and difficult, in fact I ended up scratching my car and tyre when trying to get car into back yard.

Mostly great

The apartment was very clean (freshly cleaned) and mostly very well appointed. The location was excellent and the parking space was very handy as its permit parking 8am-10pm. It was easy to access the apartment. We were on the ground floor (apartment 1) which was perfect for us.

My biggest gripe is an important one - the bed! I slept in one of the single beds and the mattress wasn't supportive AT ALL. Having a comfortable bed is a massive thing for me and this was seriously lacking. It may have been ok for young children but was way too soft for an adult and felt cheap. Whilst the parking space is handy it is also pretty tight to get into. I have a fairly large car, any bigger could have been a problem. The sofa also wasn't super comfy (but the idea wasn't to spend too much time indoors). Lastly, there was no toilet brush, making things slightly embarrassing between friends. We ended up buying one. Instructions on how to use the heating would have been super handy too (if there are any I didn't see them).

fantastic location, really nicely styled. the owner was amazing and went out of his way to ensure that I had my gym pass which I really appreciated.

it was slightly noisy a couple of the nights but I did sleep well regardless

Good night sleep had by all after an interesting visit to Cardiff.

The decor was nice. Beds were very comfortable. Walking distance to train station, castle, stadium and shops. Very clean and tidy. There was a parking space although we didn’t use as the train station was nearby.

This ground floor apartment was cold on arrival and the heating system took quite a while to warm up. It is an electric infra red system and not particularly efficient. Yappy dog next door although not the fault of property owner! Views not great, especially to rear.

Property is modern, spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable and extremely clean. Check in and check out was seamless with the lock boxes and the owners were really flexible in allowing us to check in early. Location is good and the car parking space is an added bonus although the gates and parking area could do with a little more of a tidy up.

it was in a perfect position to go wander Cardiff on foot. it was well set up and furnished very nicely. the mattresses were the most comfortable we have experienced on this holiday.

we were only left half a roll of toilet paper and no spares (probably just an oversight of the cleaners). we also found the shower to have a slow flow and not much pressure.

Missing a few finishing touches eg mirror in bedroom, bigger towel rail, teapot. I found the padlock difficult to manage. Difficult to contact host prior to visit - link to guest pack did not work.
