Easy access via lockbox, comfy beds and very clean. Although we didn't use them there are plenty of pots, pans and cutlery for cooking.

Good location and with walking distance to the city centre.
The communication wasn’t the best, we never received any checking in details until I messaged them and they said they would message to let me know when the cleaning had been done but didn’t receive a message until I messaged again. Although it is in a good location to the city, the street itself is sketchy and lots of rubbish on the street. The apartment had a strong smell of smoke and the bathroom also smelt of urine. It was ok for the night but we wouldn’t return.

Unfortunately the whole apartment stank of cannabis which caused me to have a severe headache. Also there were only a couple towels, rubbish and dirty linen left in the hallway, broken mirror in one room, broken plug sockets, no basic condiments such as tea or coffee. No parking which not the fault of the accomodation it was more with booking.com not matching our preference when allocating us an alternative accomodation after waiting for 3 hours.

Location for convenience is good but not for cleanliness - it is in the middle of a student area which there is no mention anywhere.
It felt like a student house in its student location. Broken wardrobe doors, smashed plug sockets, no plug in the sink and it smelt strongly of smoking. Description of the apartment is not very accurate.

Good for 5-6 people. In comparison to other appertments we had stayed in in the UK, this one was better.

It was a difficult night.
The only positive point was that the accommodation tried to provide assistance with the use of the heaters and always responded quickly.
There were many negative points. The apartment was dirty, the bed linens had not been changed, the blankets had dirt on them, the dishes in the cupboard were dirty with food remains, the heaters did not work well, the apartment was very cold, the wardrobes were broken. It was a difficult night.

Cardiff visit
The location was just what we needed.
The apartment is in need of some general TLC.
A brief instructions manual would have been, as we had to keep messaging the owner for simple things/requests.
Parking outside the apartment is restricted so we ended up placing our car in the NCP which was 5 - 10 mins walk away. Would have been nice to have received this info prior or shortly after booking.

The property is in a great location if you need to get anywhere in Cardiff. The bedrooms are large and the kitchen has everything you might need.
The property it’s self is great. The street outside is not the cleanest and it’s clearly in a student area.

The apartment was dirty, nothing like the pictures shown here. The mirrors to the wardrobe were broken and faulty, very dangerous. The fridge was ever so dirty, broken, and out of use,it was absolutely horrific. The smoke alarms were broken, and the ventilation was faulty. The shower had boiling hot water, so we had to manually bring buckets of water to shower, and it was very inconvenient! The electric plugs were broken and loose, very dangerous for adults and especially kids! The windows would fling open and one of our family members nearly fallen off as we weren't expecting that to happen and as we tried to shut the windows they would get stock and very hard to shut it, therefore it's very dangerous for kids and adults! Even the doors to the appointment were faulty and wouldn't shut, or if they did, they would get stuck, especially the kitchen door! The stairs were really steep and dangerous for kids! The bedroom roof, one next to the toilet, was leaking as it was raining the first two days of our stay! And all our stuff got damaged! We have contacted the person in charge, mentioning all the issues they never have done anything about it. The staff is very rude and ignorant. we contacted him several times regarding the issues we had even with the keys we had to chase him as we had returning transport booked and we were very late because of them ignoring our calls and we didn't know how or who will collect the keys of us! And now we are having so much trouble getting our £100 deposit back, which should have been returned to us by 7 days after check out, but they are playing up with returning our money. Therefore, I would highly avoid this company all together, save yourself a headache and book with someone, and somewhere decent. I have video evidence that is showing everything very clear.

Great location but room for improvement
Stayed here to visit the University Open day and the location was perfect for both the University and City Centre. The beds were comfortable.
The parking is permit holders only and the owner should invest in a visitors permit for people staying at the property. The used nappies and rubbish outside the communal front door was not pleasant. There is no way to put a snib on the front door to the flat at night. The flat was tidy but not very clean. The fridge was dirty and the floors needed sweeping and mopping.
