Room was large, comfortable and had everything you need for an extended stay. Contactless checkin instructions were a bit confusing but in the end I got to my room. The room was modern but could have used a deep clean. Hallways were very noisy due to a family in the neighbouring room (otherwise would probably not have been a problem). Onsite laundry room was not as described in the listing - only one washer/drier and no air dryers on loan and the room was not secured (lock broken). The building itself looked untended with rubbish and cigarette butts around the exterior. Really well located by the park and easy walk from the train station. I would look at other options if returning to Cardiff.

We had a very comfortable stay. The bed was really comfortable. The location was excellent for walking in and out of Cardiff centre. The room was clean and we were grateful for the fan. The freezer part of the fridge needed defrosting as the compartment door wasn’t shutting. Otherwise, very happy.
