Don't recommend this place. Chose another if available.
Nothing. I didn't stay because staff was not on the site, and they didn't answer the doorbell, nor the phone. So, i don't have anything good to say about the place. A shame.
Staff was not responsive. I arrived to the place and nobody answered the doorbell. I called by phone twice: no answer. It was already snowing and cold. I had to book another place, since it was on short notice no normal rooms were available, so I had to spend over my budget.

Conforme aux photos et belle vue. Mais les chambres et le service laissent à désirer
L'hôtel a une très bonne situation géographique: les chambres faces au château offrent une très belle vue qui surplombe la ville de Bouillon.
Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu apprécier notre séjour comme nous l'espérions. L'accueil était très expéditif et froid, et cela s'est reproduit lorsque nous avons eu besoin d'aide pour un souci dans la chambre. Arrivé à la chambre, cette dernière n'était pas chauffée (en plein hiver) et il se trouve que le radiateur de la chambre ne donnait que très peu de chaleur. L'odeur de "renfermé" était également omniprésente.

La localisation et la vue sur la vallée et le château ! La salle des petits déjeuners et notre chambre cosy et bien décorée.
On a eu du mal à localiser l’hôtel qui n’était pas éclairé et personne à l’accueil !
