The view from our room was nothing short of spectacular, the hotel truly lives up to its panoramic name. We enjoyed the spacious suite, the bed was great, the bathroom was very big, and the staff were very, very nice. It's a perfect location, too, because it's walking distance to the town center but on a bit quieter street.

I think it's ok for a hotel in the Ardennes not to feature air conditioning in its rooms, but I found it odd that neither of the five, west-facing windows of our suite had even a mosquito net fitted in. This meant that on hot evenings we had to just sit in the dark for a while or sleep with insects. Secondly, the booking.com page for this hotel says they offer parking, while in reality there isn't one—you just park on the street in front of the hotel. Not a huge deal, but may not be ideal for some, especially on busy weekends or if you have a big car. Finally, we had one dinner in the hotel restaurant and we found it inadequate and overpriced. Drinks were great though!

the facilities were not available, therefore it was too expensive for what it is. the breakfast was very simple. what you get from this hotel is the same that you will get from a very simple hotel but for a fairer price. if the facilities would have been open, then MAYBE the price would justify it. cleanliness is also just average.
