Very clean and quiet. Helpful receptionists. Well equipped for the handicapped;

As my husband has limited mobility, we asked for a room for the handicapped. The room was on the ground floor, close to the reception. The bathroom was spacious so that my husband had no problem entering in the bathroom in a wheelchair. It is equipped with a 'douche Italian' with a seat installed on the wall. All in all, we felt very safe. When I noticed that there were the stairs leading to the breakfast room, the receptionist immediately gave us a choice of a ramp so that the wheelchair can go up/down the stairs or take the breakfast into the room. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.

Calm, comfortable stay. Staff were polite and helpful - especially concerning our broken-down car.

Staff were excellent - especially Mariuoelle (?), who was exceptionally helpful. She phoned us on our way home, to check things were okay. Breakfast service was very efficient, too.

Had originally requested Ground Floor room, for our 7-night stay, but one was not available for that duration. Had to ask for a kettle, which seemed to surprise the first Receptionist!

Looks like its off the set of Space 1999 from the outside but very comfortable inside.

very comfortable bed. really good food in the restaurant. very good shower and the parking is secure. the staff were very friendly and I enjoyed practicing my french on them, they were quite patient!

the wifi was rubbish. I couldn't get connected at all. the hotel is quite far from anything, you would have to walk or get a taxi to some nightlife, but the hotels has a bar and restaurant

Enjoyable and appreciated the pleasantness and helpfulness of the hotel team.

Quirky and odd ( but pleasant) location .. with a lot to do and see within a short distance to keep guests occupied should they choose to leave the hotel. An ideal “stop off” when travelling north or south. The hotel team very friendly and helpful. We did not take breakfast but had an enjoyable dinner in the hotel. Room spacious and very clean. A tea or coffee maker in the room would have been appreciated.. that is my only adverse comment.

No criticism .. but a tea it coffee maker in the toon would have been welcome.

Quiet and peaceful, bright and comfortable

Comfy bed, nice staff, perfect temperature in room. Big windows, bright room. Lovely hotel. Very clean. Lovely. Bathroom. Windows that open with choice of security chain.

No tea making facilities, no kettle. No help yourself coffee elsewhere to compensate. No toilet brush. My Steak dinner 19.50 euros with steak inedible as so tough. Others steak was ok . I returned mine and they cooked it more but sadly still inedible. I didn't expect to be charged for this but I was.

After a busy day it was good to stay at a calm place and come to rest.

Room was bigger then expected. Space to open my luggage was more than sufficient. Very spacious. Restaurant was good., The menu was also available in English. Did not take breakfast.

The room was quite nice, breakfast was ok, and one could have dinner at the hotel. Staff was friendly. Curtains are dark and withhold early sunlight, Price is fair.

The exact address of Ibis is not mentioned on google, it is only mentioned Rue Louise Michel, therefore the GPS system in your car makes huge mistakes, It would be better to mention the house number on the web! Furthermore, the hotel is very proximate to the highway, Outside, one can clearly hear the sound of the highway. This makes it 'less romantic'. Inside, one has no nuisance of highway noise.

Very good, clean and functional rooms, and quite spacious. The food in the restaurant was very good. Covid rules were applied and it felt safe. Parking was good and secure. Excellent
