poor, dirty hotel

There was no staff, the check-in machine didnt work properly. The room was direct, holes in the blanket, and there was a bad smell.

Small breakfast but really good for the price ! The hotel was super clean and the staff were super friendly and always in a good mood :) Really recommend this place !

ok for a night.m to stay. has free parking

when we arrived, the code was not working. no staff in reception. called them and they came and were very angry telling me that it’s very late. I said I have the code so I should be able to check in anytime. they didn’t understand any English word. 2 old ladies then started making fun and were laughing while looking at me. worst stay ever.

Cheap and not very cheerful!

Unbeatable price. The room was clean. Convenient location, walking distance from a Buffalo Grill. Okay for a solo traveller.

The entire hotel looks tired, inside and out. Some black mould in the corners of my room, caused by condensation. The fabric of the building needs some serious maintenance.

Sounds cheap, is cheap.

It did what it should. Close to the highway, so you get everywhere quite easily. But actually there is nothing more positive to say about it. At least you have the room for yourself at therefore privacy.

Though it is (now) part of the brand Enzo it is labeled as "Formule 1" which wasn't mentioned at any point before. Given the fact that there is no house number in the given adress I first went to the wrong building. The hotel is located in an industrial area, so the surrounding is not really inviting. For one night I didn't really mind, but if you want to spend several days or even longer I would watch for an alternative. The hotel itself looks very functional and regarding design/refurbishing/cleaning you see quickly that they don't do more than absolutely necessary. The common toilets and showers didn't make a clean impression to me so I decided to postpone my shower to the end of the day at the next location. Ah, towels were missing.

The gate to the car park was closed at night. Bed clothes were freshly laundered. The staff were helpful, polite and friendly.

Decor that is at least ten years old in a budget hotel looks tired and grubby. The exterior must have last seen any maintenance over 20 years ago and the entrance area was smothered in ash and fag buts.

Worst hotel stay ever!

We booked this hotel as it say its pet friendly. We had sent booking.com a message to say we traveled with dogs. Even though we received a message from Booking to say the request was accepted we were not welcomed with the dogs. The night porter was very unfriendly and smelled old sweat... The whole reception was smelling. She was pointed out the booking was only for 2 people. I aske for the money back but she just left the reception. I called booking.com who put us on hold for a very long time and then hung up. One of the guests tried to translate for the night porter but again she just disappeared. Next time she came to the reception she kept asking if the dogs barked as they would disturb the other guests.. However our dogs was very well behaved and made no noise in spite of the other guest having a party in the room across the corridor. We had to ask them to be a little less noisy so we could get the very needed sleep for our early start the next day. Before going to bed we had noticed the room had no towels and went to the reception to ask for two towels. We were then informed we had to PAY for the towels!!! It should be mentioned in the booking they charge for pets and towels. After all charges this hotel is EXPENSIVE! One can find a more pleasant hotel for the same money! Last time I stay with a F1 hotel. Booking.com should cross them off your list!

Everything! Receptionist/night porter more friendly. Maybe a deodorant for her for Christmas stocking would be an idea. Booking.com should not hung up on clients! We wanted our money back but was only given a token 10€ from booking.com

Very bad place to stay!

No towel in the room and no soap neither in WC or bathroom. No English speaking personnel. Crappy breakfast for 7 € (price is actually 3.50 €, but whrn you are alone in the room with two beds, then it's doubled). Free WiFi, but you cannot use it, because the signal is weak. Rooms were cleaned daily, but didn't look clean. Smell of smoking in the hall, unless all the rooms there were marked as non-smoking.

parking sombre, pas de personnel dans l'établissement, un seau est positionné dans les marches car fuite. Quand j'ai ouvert la porte de la chambre odeur nauséabonde de drogue, meubles et drap tâché, la télécommande dans un état pitoyable également. J'ai dormi ou plutôt somnolé toute habillé dans cette odeur pestilentielle

Accueil inexistant, alors que nous sommes arrivés en journée, il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre, à notre arrivée. Nous avons aéré. Le chauffage était arrêté dans la chambre, que nous avons remis le soir. Les toilettes étaient dans un état lamentable, la lumière s'éteint quand on y entre, chasse d'eau des wc non tiré. Il y avait des cabines WC et douche de fermés dans l'établissement, il ne restait qu'un wc et une douche pour tout l'étage. Pas de service de petit déjeuner le dimanche. L'hôtel est correct pour une nuit de passage et s'il n'y a pas de disponibilité dans d'autres établissements.

la vétusté des locaux, pas de savon dans les distributeurs, pas de serviette en chambre mais à ma demande la responsable m'en a prêté deux. L'odeur n'est pas agréable, mélange de vieux tabac et humidité. Un seau est placé dans le couloir pour récupérer l'eau d'une fuite de la toiture, devant chaque chambre le numéro et des trous (voir photo) Bref, hormis le prix 50 euros rien n'est bien ! mais c'est se moquer du monde que d'accueillir en ces lieux des hôtes ! C'est profiter des personnes à budget très réduit. Une lampe est cassé dans le couloir, on laisse ainsi ! tout est dégradé. Quelle honte !

Un cauchemars

Je n’ai pas dormi c’était rempli de bestiole partout dans les draps dans le lit la chambre était infester j’ai des plaques sur la peau, des boutons, des démangeaisons incessantes Alors c’est un hôtel vétuste mais l’hygiène devrait être respecter et non bâclé je suis fatigué je n’ai pas dormi tout cela pour 34€ c’est incroyable j’espère qu’au vue du nombre de réservation que j’effectue vous allez me rembourser cette nuit de cauchemars franchement ça devrait être fermer.

Un séjour cauchemardesque dans un hôtel sale, bruyant et invivable, à fuir absolument

Dans le top 3 des pires hôtels de France et il est pas 3eme. Séjour catastrophique hôtel sale papiers toilettes et excréments directement par terre dans les toilettes et odeurs nauséabondes dans les couloirs), propreté inexistante. Le bruit est permanent, avec des clients criant d’un bout à l’autre de l’établissement pour discuter entre eux et diffusant de la musique à fond jusqu’à l’aube. Aucune possibilité de repos ni de confort. Courage à la dame de l’accueil qui était à bout. Courez vite aux toilettes et à la douche si vs arrivez tôt parce que le soir tout est inutilisable même les toilettes des aires d’autoroutes sont plus propres Hôtel à FUIR totalement.
