Clean, adequate accommodation across from train station.

The hotel is well-located across from the train station and faces a beautiful park. Staff were responsive to all our needs. The staircase is quite beautiful and the furniture charming. The room was clean and remarkably quiet, despite being located adjacent to a main thoroughfare.

The front entrance is inconspicuous and proved hard to find when we arrived late at night. The room was a bit on the small side but adequate. Numerous bulbs in various light fixtures were burned out. The shelf above the sink in the bathroom was falling down. The industrial-quality toilet paper definitely needs an upgrade and the roll tended to fall off the spike upon which it rests. No kettle to make tea or coffee. The hotel needs to invest in new mattresses, as the one which we slept upon was not the most comfortable. The bar was ok but not particularly inviting.

A good budget hotel a minutes walk from the station

Just across the square from the station. We had heavy back packs so good access. Beer was cold and tasty. Breakfast was self service and a very good selection. Room was clean. Staff friendly. A great budget hotel.

Reception had not pre-processed our booking and were not ready for our arrival, luckily the hotel was not full and we got a room. Shower head was blocked (hard water area) but took head off and it was a great shower so not sure if this is a like or a not like. Our room was next to the main road so if you want the window open and are a light sleeper, take earplugs or ask for a room at the back.

Okay stay for a night if you not bothered about soft bed

The location was really good. In the centre of town. Easy to find. The staff was friendly though don't speak much English. The facilities were okay. The room and bathroom were clean. There was a bath tub as well so it was good to relax after a long drive

The room was a bit small so difficult to open suitcase. There was also no hang for the shower so you have to hold it if you don't want to use the bath. The was also not enough hanger for clothes which i think you can ask for more if needed.

Great hotel conveniently located next to the train station

The hotel is a convenient hotel to spend the night. The staff is friendly and helpful. Als the restaurant right next to the hotel (Mambo) is worth visiting.

We had some very noisy fellow guests who did not consider the other hotel guests while entering their room. This was a bit annoying because soundwise the rooms are not that isolated. You also clearly hear the upstair neighbours walking around. Beside this inconvenience (bring your ear plugs), it is a great place.

Great value for money if you're staying in Charleville-Mézières

Room was clean, breakfast was not included but offered at 7 euros, beds are comfortable

Top notch!

The hotel is located less than 2 minutes away from the train station, which itself has most of the buses stopping there. So it was super easy to get almost anywhere in town. The breakfast is cheap but so generous! The staff was super welcoming, that's what I appreciated the most. You can't have a classic meal (lunch or dinner) but they also have a bar where you can grab a beer or a coffee at anytime.

très bon accueil personnel a l'écoute et réactif Nous ne pouvions prendre le petit déjeuner partant tôt pour une course et le personnel nous a préparé bouilloire thé pain viennoiseries sans supplément afin de prendre celui ci en chambre. Repas au restaurant très bien rapport qualité prix je recommande si vous êtes de passage

Nette Mitarbeiter. Von der Autobahn schnell zu erreichen (Durchreise). Kleine Bar in der Lobby.

Zimmer war sehr kalt. Heizung musste erst warmlaufen. (Frostnacht)

Hôtel au top.

C'est la 3ème fois que nous séjournons là bas sur deux ans, et le personnel, les chambres et l'environnement (parc avec kiosque juste en face) sont vraiment au top. Nous avons mangé dans le restaurant pour la première fois, c'était très bien. Nous avions deux chambres pour 3 adultes et un bébé. Les lits doubles sont top, les chambres assez spacieuses. Le prix est vraiment raisonnable.

Les lits simples sont très durs, contrairement aux lits doubles, du moins selon moi. J'ai quelques problèmes de dos et j'ai eu des douleurs au réveil.

La situation de l'hôtel. L'accueil courtois. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et de bonne qualité. Les lits pas confortables mais l'hôtel bien calme.

Les lits avec un matelas peu confortable. Lits métalliques donc bruyants, et petits pour les personnes de plus de 1m80. Salle de bain petite mais bien fonctionnel. Besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement. Le prix des petits-déjeuners pour les enfants (ici 4 & 5 ans) au même prix que les adultes.
