Along the Meuse

We were traveling by bicycle and Le Clos Joli is right on the path along the Meuse River. We were able to store our bikes overnight in a garage. Our room,the rose room, was spacious and very comfortable. We looked out onto the river. It was very peaceful to watch the changing light on the river and the forest. The location was one of the most quiet spaces I have been in. The breakfast was delicious. Eggs could be made to order. I require a gluten-free diet and quinoa crisp breads very provided. When I reserved the owner ask for a 48 hour notification so she could provide something gluten-free.

Lovely and convenient stay for attending a wedding close by

The owner met me on arrival and was very kind. He offered that I could charge my car and he showed me around town as well. The room itself was nice and cozy, just as expected, and the location was beautiful and, for me, very convenient. The owner also is the chef of a nearby restaurant and whilst I was too late for dinner service, he made a plate of charcuterie for me. The patés and meats are made by themselves and were very nice as well. Thanks again!

Great Breakfast, small but all you need. Fresh made omelet! Nice tidy and clean rooms. Very nice people around!

Communication a little bit rough if the guest dosnt speak French. But with a little but sign language, everything is possible. Check in procedure was bad since we did not get the code (booking app not installed, saw it changed since the last email with a pin). But with a short call, the shelf was opened manually.

A very modern room next to the river. Friendly and helpful guests.

The place is next to a road with quite a lot of traffic unfortunately, and the room has no sights on the river. The style of the room is not our cup of tea: very modern / whitish / flashy / plastic / led decoration while we rather are looking for wood / cosy furniture (and a view).

A wonderful B&B

We were cycle touring and arrived an hour early for check in, but our hosts were very happy to let us in early. The bikes were stored safely in their garage. The room was just what we needed after a days cycling. Two large very comfortable single beds/super king. Large very stylish room with views over the river. Lovely bathroom with bath and shower with soaps and shower gels. Kettle for drinks. There was a sitting room downstairs to use. Breakfast was great - fruit, yogurt, eggs, cheese, meat, bread and croissants. They let us take some with us for lunch as the boulangerie was closed.

Was goed voor de persoonlijke activiteit die we gepland hadden op zondag maar prijs/kwaliteit wat te duur.

De loft was ideaal voor ons en Leuke biljarttafel en €10 voor het ontbijt was best ok.

Restaurant was niet open op een zaterdagavond, wisten we helaas niet op voorhand. Pizzeria moeten zoeken in het zeer rustige dorp. 1 vd 2 slaapkamers van de loft heeft geen verduistering noch een rolluik terwijl de rest vd loft dat wel heeft. Bizar om zo te douchen want de douche staat aan het raam…

Aufwendige restaurierte Zimmer und möblierter Aussenbereich. Die Deko und zusammengewürfelten Möbel sind teilweise etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Das zugehörige Restaurant ist leider nicht fussläufig erreichbar. Im Ort sind nur Friterieen und eine Pizzeria.

Mir einer Mischung aus Englisch Französisch sind wir sehr gut empfangen worden. Frühstück vollkommen ok, mir fehlte der Cappucino… ruhig geschlafen, war komplett dunkel.

Das Bad war schon sehr eng, auf der Toilette sitzen ist nichts für sehr große Leute.

Das Zimmer war sauber und groß, Einrichtung nicht unser Geschmack, Bad einfach und eng, Chef und Personal supernett, Lage direkt am Maasradweg, tolle Garage für die Räder, gutes Restaurant mit Shuttle, ambitionierte historische Führung vom Chef

Verzorgde sfeervolle kamer. Kleine maar complete badkamer. Echt schoon. Super vriendelijk en attente gastheer en gastvrouw . Ontbijt goed, dame kan goede omelet bakken .
