the roller shutter of the room couldnt be operated so there was no way to open it and t get day light (room #6)

Hmmm. Cold room in winter?

Location and price

Cold room. Heating not explained to us. And cold bathroom. Heating not working. Complaints to front desk staff the next morning resulted in French rudeness as if it was our problem. Not willing to reimburse even 50%. ☹️

One night stay between FR and NL

Location, room, pet friendly, coffee/tea in room. Simple and yet comfortable.

I would not stay there a second time.

The bathroom was not in good shape. The tile was mouldy and the ceiling was soggy and dirty. The breakfast was barely adequate. The coffee was as good.

Excellent place, excellent location for one night with Calais being only 4 hours away. Good Breakfast,

The past 4 campaniles I've used have been upgraded, this one felt a little tired. I hope it's on the upgrade list to be done soon.

A good example of a Campanile hotel.

We've used this Campanile before Knew it was a good one with save parking for our motorcycles and only a short walk to the restaurants near by, definitely be using it again..

awful reception but pleasant breakfast ambiance

room was acceptable but very very cold. heating wasn’t present or the air conditioning wasn’t working.

the lady who received us was not at all polite with minor patience. first of all as she couldn’t find my reservation, she said I didn’t do it. luckily my family name isn’t common. then I had problems with my cards of which it was a very unpleasant situation for us as she wanted the payment on check-in. Her lack of diplomacy and patience was making me feel very nervous but I managed to control my situation ignoring her and then I finally solved the technical card problems. breakfast was very good with a kind educated waitress.

Easy to find and access; very friendly check in

We had booked triple rooms with a second bed, but it seems there were none available. The rooms were OK, but one leaking toilet, building a bit shabby, etc

Campanile good stay

Campanile is in general good, free car park, room and facilities good, breakfast is good,

The breakfast was expensive but good, the power sockets in the room are blocked, so had to charge the phones and laptop in the bathroom,

Good place for a one night stopover. Don't expect "frills".

We have stayed in Campaniles before and expected a reasonable, budget hotel with no frills and a good restaurant. That's exactly what we got.

Dinner menu was the same choice of three each night.

Ok if you can’t find anywhere else.

Nothing really apart from the road out of there.

The location looked like it was in a bad neighbourhood and didn’t feel safe leaving my motorcycle there. The shutters were closed and didn’t work so the room was in total darkness. Not worth the money.

restaurant closed on Sunday evening which led us to an excellent Chinese restaurant 150m away.
