Le rideau de fenêtre pourrait être plus opacifiant pour éviter d'être réveillé par la lumière du jour.
La gestion des gens qui se permettent de faire du bruit jusqu'à 1 heure du mat ou dès 6h30.

La porte qui ne se ferme pas de la douche et la porte denteee qui laisse passer l’air avec un énorme jour les courant d’air heureusement que je suis venu en période d’avril sinon en hiver c’est impossible avec tout le froid qui entre
