Ideal location in a lovely town on the doorstep of the Ardennes

We were a motorcycle group and the underground car park was very handy

We were charged €10 a day parking for motorcycles think it could have been half as we had two bikes per space

Good location. Restaurants in walking fistance

Paid in July via booking.com to be told on arrival we had to pay- couldn't sort it there and then despite having proof of payment. Parking was expensive.

Problem with hot water, did get solved the following day. Cleaning staff kept trying to get I. To clean room on day of check out, first knock was 08:30 and check out was 1200

it is in a good location close to restaurants and bars, receptionist very helpful, in general the hotel was clean and well maintained, nice big car park

we had a twin room moved the beds apart and there was dust and an ear plug underneath, the room was a bit small but manageable

Holiday week in the French Ardennes

Parking was well arranged - albeit on a surcharge per night. Breakfast was at the time of our visit in February '22 still under the Covid umbrella, so limited but well arranged. The cleaning crew was easy on when/how to clean the rooms, and very friendly - albeit with exceptions.

We would have liked more variety and taste to the warm dishes at breakfast (omelet from a can is not my favorite meal - not every day, especially). Breakfast officially finished at 9:30 AM, which is difficult with a family on a holiday week.
