Comfortable place for 2 in the Ardennes with a helpful host.

Comfortable and plenty of space for 2. Our host Pierre was kind and thoughtful and made several good suggestions re the best Belgian Beers, even sharing one of his own beers with us.

Cozy, well-equiped, nicely decorated, spacious for two people

Bathroom is installed in the bedroom, separated by a wooden wall, not offering as much privacy as we would like. Not a deal breaker though, more a matter of getting used to it.

The host and location were nice. It is great for two people.

The host had a dog and children who made a lot of noise. Early in the morning we got woken up by screaming or stumping. Also, the bedroom didn’t have heat.

Superb

The surrounding area is perfect for hiking, mtb, or just a stroll. The accommodation was a perfect retreat after a good stiff hike, with a small kitchenette with all cutlery, a microwave kettle and toaster, close to shops of you forget anything. Pierre and his wife are super people who will go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible whilst giving you the spa w to relax

Heerlijk verblijf met gezellige vintage inrichting!

Het was echt een heel sfeervol appartementje, voelde fijn aan! Er is alles wat je nodig hebt en zo niet dan hoef je niet te schromen om de huiseigenaar te berichten! Er is ook koffie, thee, keukenspullen etc. Mooie uitvalsbasis naar allerlei leuke stadjes zoals Durbuy en Dinant. Als je van kringloopwinkels en brocante houdt net als ik zijn er ook genoeg in de buurt! 😉aan het eind van het straatje zit er zelfs eentje! Maar”Brocant’on” is een aanrader! 10 minuutjes rijden. Kortom kom hier lekker een paar dagen (of langer😊) vakantie vieren!

In principe niets, maar een kleine tip aan mensen die in de wintermaanden komen; neem extra warme sokken of pantoffeltjes mee want het vloertje is koud.

Prima appartement dicht bij het centrum van Rochefort

Prima appartement. Inchecken met sleutelkastje werkt goed. Fijne bedden en, hoewel open, een goede badkamer. Het appartement is van al het benodigde voorzien en is gezellig ingericht. Keuken is niet groot maar voldoende. Attent dat er koffie, thee e.d. aanwezig is. Parkeren kan voor de deur. Woning is prima te verwarmen met de aanwezige houtpallet kachel. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar die elke vraag goed en snel beantwoord. Appartement ligt op 10 minuten lopen van het centrum van Rochefort. Goed restaurant dichtbij.

Alles was prima in orde.

Klein maar netjes en praktisch

Heel netjes, vriendelijke uitbater, lekker koel binnen tijdens het warme weekend, onze hond was ook welkom en dat was zeker een pluspunt. Het is een klein verblijf maar heeft alles wat nodig is, zeker een aanrader als je van plan bent om veel buiten te gaan (wandelen ed.) Ook Rochefort ligt op wandelafstand met veel restaurants en bezienswaardigheden.

Het toilet liep door 's nachts en maakte wat lawaai, maar al bij al viel zelfs dat nog mee.

Voor herhaling vatbaar - het was reeds de 3de keer in dit toffe huisje!

Interieur van het huis was helemaal in orde, netjes en lekker warm dankzij de pelletkachel en de ekectriche verwarming op de slaapkamer. Alles was voorzien en he09 je toch iets nodig dan riep je gewoon de eigenaar die het probleem direct oploste.

Wij konden niet echt iets bedenken. We zijn nu de 3de keer langsgekomen en hebben nog steeds een goed gevoel van begin tot einde. Waarvoor dank aan de attente gastheer!

Le parking sur place, proximité des restaurants, décoration très cosy, idéal pour des départs en balade, kitchenette bien équipée, idéal pour un couple, la chaleur du feu à pellets !
