Nice place, friendly people, excellent restaurant out in the countryside.

Friendly place, definitely very quiet. Super restaurant. However the room had a strange layout for us. No privacy for the toilet, shower or jacuzzi. As a matter of ffact we felt the bathroom area was a bit of a fishbowl .

Perfect relaxing stay

Amazing stay! Very comfortable and modern rooms. Staff was very friendly and the location is so peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend! Breakfast was also very good! Only wish restaurant was open during our stay.

The air conditionner doesn’t cool the the upper deck in the family room on the 2nd floor. Overall the rooms were spacious and équiped. Spacious Barthroom with jaccuzi was an additional fun.

Lovely Stay

We stayed for two nights whilst exploring Dinant and had a lovely stay, so we would recommend the hotel. Main advantages: - Lovely, new and modern facilities (we stayed in the Diane suite). The room was well designed with plenty of storage and everything we needed. - Dinant was just 10 minutes away by car, but the location was quiet and rural which was perfect for us. - The room was very spacious, and a jacuzzi was a lovely touch. - Breakfast was lovely, although some fresh berries and more variety of cheese would be welcome.

There were just a couple of things that would have improved our stay: - No shelving in the shower, making it very difficult to use our shower products. A simple shelf would solve this small problem. - There were only blackout curtains. As the room faces the parking lot, an additional sheer voile curtain would be great for when guests want privacy but also natural daylight. - We have received several messages from the hotel in advance of our visit that they don't serve breakfasts on Wednesdays. This was a shame as Wednesday was our last day of holiday and given the remote location of the hotel, we would have much preferred to have had the breakfast at the hotel. We have sent a message on Booking.com to check if breakfast was available on Wednesday and never received a reply. We had a small breakfast (bought in a supermarket the night before) only to find out that when we left the room to check out, breakfast was available.

Super séjour même si un peu court et parfait pour un week-end en amoureux

Le personnel très à l écoute et réactif. Très accueillant. La chambre magnifique, le lit très grand et confortable. Le jacuzzi dans la chambre top.Le petit déjeuner était excellent que des produits frais et locaux. Pas de fausse note.Le cadre et la vue en pleine campagne avec terrasse privative. Super séjour. On reviendra et nous testerons le restaurant qui semble très attractif. Merci au personnel

Perfecte mix van comfort, natuur, lekker eten en topservice.

Zeer mooie suite met jacuzzi en terras. Perfecte locatie voor een mooie wandeling naar de maasvallei en de rotsen van Freyer. Het restaurant is top en de service uitstekend. Heel gemoedelijk en super vriendelijk personeel en uitbaters. Een absolute aanrader!

Heerlijk genoten van rust en vervolgens ook culinair genot in het restaurant.

De kamer was mooi en ruim met alle comfort voorzien van jacuzzi voor twee maar helaas geen douche. Voor een meerprijs is er wel een suite met douche aanwezig. Daar hebben wij niet voor gekozen.

Idéal pour un week-end en amoureux

La suite Cascatelle est magnifiquement décorée. Très grand lit confortable. Bain à remous au milieu de la chambre, grande salle de bains. TV 4 K, bouilloire et cafetière à disposition. Terrasse pour les fumeurs. Côté confort et équipement, rien à dire. Restaurant gastronomique au sous-sol. Hôtel situé entre Dinant et Beauraing , dans la campagne. Le calme et la relaxation sont garantis.

On ne nous a pas communiqué les codes du Wifi. Le réseau est faible dans le coin. Heureusement que nous ne sommes pas hyperconnectés. Pas de poubelle dans les toilettes , et deux toutes petites dans le reste de la chambre. Chauffage par le sol trop fort. Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre, à la limite de mettre la clim en route. Mais surtout : il n'y a pas de notice pour utiliser le jacuzzi. Hormis le niveau maximum d'eau à ne pas dépasser, on n'a pas d'instructions. Déjà, la baignoire est énorme et met un temps fou à se remplir. A la première utilisation, on est surpris par la puissance des jets, et il y a de l'eau partout! bien se coller le dos aux buses. Il faudrait prévoir une paroi transparente amovible , ou un rideau de douche entre la chambre et le jacuzzi.

Hôtel magnifique, moderne et propre. Très bon restaurant. Le personnel est très attentionné.

Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et le serveur était à l'écoute pour nos desiderata. L'emplacement de l'hôtel nous a beaucoup plu car nous recherchions un endroit au calme non loin de Dinant. Très calme, aucun bruit.

La chambre très moderne était superbe. Tout petit bémol sur le fait que la toilette soit ouverte, surtout si l'on loge avec un ou une ami(e) ou entre frère et soeur. La nuit, le fait de tirer la chasse fait du bruit et ce n'est pas très agréable par rapport aux odeurs.

Qualité de l'accueil , du personnel et des lieux sont modernes et chaleureux . La chambre est vaste comprenant un jacuzzi ! Détente assurée . Autant pour le petit déjeuner que pour le restaurant ,la nourriture y est recherchée et vraiment raffinée

Booking renseigne à tort , l'hôtel se situant dans la vielle ville de Dinant !?! Hors, il se situe à un quart d'heure de Dinant , d'où la déception de devoir m'abstenir de déguster des bons vins, en bonne compagnie .

Séjour parfait du début à la fin ! La chambre était impeccable, avec un lit très confortable et un jacuzzi pour deux absolument magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié, avec une attention toute particulière : le patron nous a même préparé des œufs brouillés sur demande. Nous avons également dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel — une excellente surprise ! Cuisine savoureuse et service irréprochable. Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter !

“Ik vond het heel jammer dat de jacuzzi niet werkte. Ik had juist speciaal deze kamer gekozen vanwege de jacuzzi, en de prijs was ook hoger dan een gewone kamer. De bedoeling was dat ik ervan zou kunnen genieten, maar helaas was dat niet mogelijk. Iemand van het personeel is wel langsgekomen om uitleg te geven, maar ik had die stappen al gevolgd, en het lukte nog steeds niet. Dat vond ik echt bijzonder spijtig.”
