La Belle Étable

Tout était parfait

Rien

Room was HUGE! Incredibly private, and so much access to the rest of the property including an entertainment room (with a piano I very much loved!) and a beautiful wellness room with a huge jacuzzi. One thing I wasn’t expecting was the privacy you get with the wellness room, usually in places like this for the price, you’d expect it to work as a shared space, but the little addition of being able to hang something on the door to let other guests know when it’s occupied is such a level of care that is rare to see in larger hotels. Also the fact that breakfast is held in the hosts own kitchen was so charming and genuinely thoughtful. It felt both luxurious and so homely. Big big thank you to Veronique for such a wonderful stay, and the dogs were a great perk too :)

There’s nothing I could say that is at fault with the property. For myself and my partner, we don’t drive, meaning that the travel options were limited (which we were aware of going in of course!) and there aren’t too many places within walking distance to eat without booking first! Then again it is a tiny village so I suppose that’s to be expected!
