The struggled to bath in the morning only to find out the geyser was off n we took time to bath

The room and the Table Mountain View from the pool.
That we don’t get fresh towels, we booked for 3 nights and nothing was communicated regarding that. A broom/mob could have been provided so that we can clean ourselves. And the WORST was, when we got to the parking lot, there was no signage to the elevator. The least your security could do is give a proper direction. 1 toilet paper for the whole stay, let the guests know that they should bring their own essential and clean sheets.

The convinience and overall security regarding the keys
The people at the reception area where distracted and didn't pay attention to us until at least 7 minutes later.
