Absolutely stunning view. The building is very secure and the staff is great. I would definitely stay at the same unit again.

Lower CBD is not safe, so please be careful when you move around. But there are shops around and Uber and Bolt service makes life easy. The building itself is super safe though with high technology.

Centrally located - Descent studio apartment for a short stay

Apartment location, not very far from Parliament. Safe area due to Central Police Station 15-20 mins walk to Convention Centre. Close to groceries/cafes. Easy Check in Early arrival request accepted

Scope of improvement: 1. Limited Wardrobe section - side rack section missing 2. Work-station table and chair missing 3. Old Iron - not suitable for ironing 4. Limited Hangars - should be atleast 5 5. No rack available in toilet/washroom area 6. Very dim light in toilet / for shaving/combing 7. Big mirror in living room area required 8. Shower gel/shampoo 9. Knife/Fork/Spoon holder 10. Dusting/kitchen clothing

There’s a weird smell once you walk down the passage way, which maybe affects the smell in the hotel room. The place gave basic vibes compared to pictures posted on the net

It was good overall.

We like how secure the building is and the view from the apartment. The bed was good.

The built-in cupboards need repairs. The coffee machine was dirty and the coffee pods old. We could not use the portable aircon without leaving the sliding door open. It was difficult to open the lockbox for the key.

Will not recommend this unit at the price it is way overpriced for the condition of the apartment!

Location and beds were fine

The apartment needs fixes..the balcony sliding door has a sticker on not to open...the door handles fittings are loose, the bathroom tile strip is completely loose and a falling hazard, the toilet roll holder is broken. I have images of all defects! Also the document states there are 2 aircons..there is only 1 and you can't use it because is has a very strong smell of smoke!

The place was easy to find and relatively easy to access, the apartment was pretty clean, the beds were comfortable and the amenities were adequate. WiFi was excellent. The pool was great (despite the screaming children).

The apartment is in need of some serious maintenance. Broken blinds, door handles, holes in the wall, loose skirting boards, filthy fans that didn't work properly. The best part was the view but we could only open one of the windows as the other was not working. Too few plug points and the ones there were, were located in obscure places. Mismatched dishes and glassware. No counter space in bathrooms. Only one bedside lamp per room. The apartment was stuffy, and lacked any sort of charm.

I liked the security of the building,the view was beautiful and also the location of the apartment is is closer to everything I love it and it’s very safe.

The apartment was not cleaned when we got there and towels were dirty and the toilets he needs to fix door handles too.

We had a great stay, thank you

We loved everything about the place and it was so easy to find we didn't get lost, its on perfect location making it convinient to get to a lot of attractions. The securities at entrance were very welcoming and helpful. The room was a perfect size for 2 people, not too big and not too small. It was neat and tidy and smelled like it was just cleaned and had everything that we needed. Table mountain view was beautiful and there was no noise or anything disturbing in the building. The host was awesome....easy to contact and always responds on time. He made sure that we had everything that we needed, from the info needed for check in, the Wifi details and everything that we needed for the room.

There's nothing we didn't like for the duration of our stay. What was sold to us is what we got.

It was a value for money stay and not much was out of place for the cost, I will return and recommend to family and frie

It had secure parking, security features which gives assurance for my family, the room was clean and the view was great, the coffee machine with included pods felt like home and the tranquility was nice, no noise. The splash pool and gym makes it great value.

I wasn’t informed the parking gates close at 7pm, the TV in our room was blue and the lack of basic DSTV was missed.

The elevator of the building is slow and there are only 2 out of which 1 didn't work some days. The stairs are not easily accessible (you need a special badge or a person needs to open them for you) which is a terrible fact in case of emergency.

The bedrooms it's open on top, there is no privacy, the person at the next room can hear everything that is happening in the next room, and the light on the passage is distracting because the room are wild open in top, and there was stains on the sheets, they looks like they were dirty and not iron

The shower head and water pressure. Safety. Host was amazing.

Booked 3 guests and got a double bed and a Sleeper coach which felt like it was picked up at a garage sale in Brakpan (Don't bank on sleeping on it!) Double bed is old and poor support. Pillows due for an serious upgrade (Baught at same garage sale) . Shower water not draining and one shower in 3cm of water (Felt like walking into a public shower In Margate during peak season) . Towel rail loose, extractor fan not working. Some linen, towels and pillow cases need whitening and felt not well.

For Cape Town it was a little more expensive than similar accommodation I tried (but worth it for the amazing view). Check-in was a little cumbersome

Nothing..i checked in and went out same night....couldnt sleep blankets were dirty and the fkoors and toilets..no blankets...there was rats. I even called booking.com to assist with changing the venue but you did not care less. My money just went into the drain il nver use booking.com and ik spread the words you are not customer friendly and very unhelpful

Peaceful view from apartment beautiful. Safe parking for our car gave us peace of mind.

No warm water in the kitchen had to boil water to wash dishes. The stove is slow and took a while to warm up. Little bit of water on the floor in the main bedroom's toilet suspects leakage.

The shower

The smell inside the building, the fact that there is no mat on the floor is just the tiles you can’t remove the shoe while watching tv , coz of coldness the floor is. The way our bed was looking when we arrived I don’t know whether the person was in hurry to finish or what . The air conditioning wasn’t working . The process of checking in when we arrived there we asked the security there and they pretended as if we lost mxm that part I hated it, I had to call the host n stuff I think it was gonna be much better if you send all the check in process via email instead of arriving there and feel like a stupid person.

Clean, central and safe

Spacious enough apartment. Central. Safe parking. Clean. Liked the long mirror behind the door. Quiet evening, no noise, which we appreciated. Room had both a fan and a heater, which is very thoughtful.

There were no signs of where the elevators were from the parking lot, did not know it was behind a double door. We ended up stuck in the stairway for a while. No dressing table with mirror and chair. One bedside did not have a night lamp. No warm water in the bathroom basin's tap. Bed was a bit hard.
