Disappointing

I liked the rooftop pool, restaurant and fyn. However thjs Airbnb IS NOT PART OF THE TOKYO HOTEL. So you won’t be able to get a lot of help from the staff. However the staff were friendly.

The apartment in the hotel is in a very noisy vicinity in Cape Town City Centre where clubs and lounges will only close at 1:00 A.M. and 4.A.M. The room on arrival was not prepared. A bunch of smelly wet towels in a pillow case in the closet. No clean towels, no blankets, just the inner on arrival and no extra toilet paper. Bathroom light was not working on arrival. Mattress was hard. It needs to be replaced. However they did manage to put a new lightbulb in the bathroom the next day, toilet paper, and remove the smelly wet towels from the closet. They only clean after every 2 days, they will mention it when your booking is approved so keep in mind.

Nothing. Dirtiest apartment I have ever booked in my life. Smells like pee. I couldn’t stay. I left immediately I got there. Got no refund. Even booking’s customer care team couldn’t help.

Bookings need to review and verify all these properties. They are SCAMMING your customers. Apartment was different from the pictures they posted.

Horrible experience

I did not like anything.

Upon arrival we were kindly assisted by the security guards at the reception. We headed to the apartment to get the keys and settled in. We got to the apartment and there were no keys to open. We contacted the host and they said there was a double booking that was made and we needed to find somewhere else to stay, which was a very rude and unprofessional encounter between the host and I. Ultimately, we had to find another place to stay and pay money we did not budgeted for. We were extremely inconvenienced.

The location was nice and central to where we needed to be.

The key box wasn't working and we struggled for hours to get it open. The host was also not available to assist us. We missed out q few hours of our stay and party because of this. The room was clean but Definitely needs a touch up and some maintenance.
