Terrible stay. Not worth it. Cockroaches!!

So much dust at the top of the fan and overall everywhere in the house. Cockroach’s literally everywhere to the point where one was on my bed!!!!! Absolutely disgusting and shocking. Place is not well maintained or cleaned at all.

It could've been better

Collecting the keys was very easy, and the lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The environment was also quiet and peaceful during our stay, which we appreciated.

Overall, the stay was average, but there are several areas that need improvement. The apartment was not cleaned thoroughly, as there were marks and stains on the door, dust on the fan, and dirty plates and spoons left in the kitchen drawer. For longer stays, it would be helpful to provide basic cleaning and laundry facilities, such as a broom and laundry bins. By the fifth day, our dustbin was overflowing, and we had no way to manage the waste. The towels were also stiff, and a bathroom mat was missing. In addition, proper toiletries should be provided. The most disappointing aspect was that the apartment did not have a beach view, which was the main feature I was looking forward to during my stay. With better cleanliness, improved amenities, and more accurate accommodation descriptions, the overall experience could be significantly improved.

I liked that it was not a hassel to get to my room. I immediately received my card and was allowed through.

The towels didn't look clean. There was no soap in the toilet. No dish washing liquid. A roach ran pass my feet. I would recommend atleast putting some sort of decoration on the bed upon arrival. I paid the same price for a other hotel and had a far better first impression of my room. The one elevator looks like its about to fall apart. I thought I was going to die because it made loud noises and I could see the floors through the crack because the doors don't close completely. Lastly some random dude took a picture of me in the elevator. It doesn't feel safe there, I don't know if there are Cameras in the lifts but some should be put there soon.

Disgusting

There was nothing to like at this place. It was disgusting. The place had roaches in it and it is nothing like the pictures. I feel it is false advertising, the pots and pans were broken, no handles on them, the counters was dirty . I left the place immediately. I am still waiting on my refund from them after being told it takes up to 48hrs. Please do not book this place.

Layout was okay. View of traffic + ships was fun to watch.

Everything was dirty, all pots, pans, cups, glasses, etc had to be rewashed. The photos of the place were COMPLETELY incorrect - the only reason I booked the place was for the large window and view... received a different apartment. Building says "no smoking" yet - other tenants were smoking weed constantly. Roaches everywhere. Wifi was... weird... Building felt unsafe. Elevator was sketchy. Side tables of bed + dinner table were not flat... anything and everything would just roll or fall off of it.

Nothing. There’s nothing to like about an unclean room.

I booked this property expecting a clean and comfortable stay, but unfortunately that was not the case. The room was dirty and not properly maintained, which made it very uncomfortable to stay there. When I raised the issue with management, I was promised a refund, but this never happened, despite following up multiple times. The lack of professionalism and poor communication made the situation even more frustrating. I would not recommend this property, especially if you value cleanliness and honest customer service.

Service is so bad I don’t recommend it

I’m very disappointed because this place was highly recommended by a family member who books with Vida whenever he is around the area. We were given a room that had no key and the place was so dirty it smelled so bad to top it up we asked for assistance the host answered but we still didn’t receive assistance 😔I’m never booking there. I wouldn’t recommend it at all

The place was central annd convinient for my activities

the place is like a school residence with lots of noise in the corridors and high prostitution. they toiled was not flushed and the sewage smell flashes back into the room. the work table is also brone and unstable. microwavehas no glass base. kitchen sink is blocked, water draining out. tv had no pin plug

Car was parked outside, luckily nothing happened to it.

That when we entered the room it smelled like WEED! we had to open the sliding door and keep front door open for a while. We left the room to go outside and came back later the evening, the smell was still there. We saw one of the guest's walking with weed in their hand.

No one informed me about a maintenance issue with the apartment we were supposed to get. Instead, they switched us to a room that wasn’t cleaned or set up for our arrival. Alicia, the owner or person in charge, told me we would get a refund for our stay and I am still waiting for that to be processed

The photos on web are deceiving, apartment is not in standard condition. No glasses, towels for only one person. Not very clean. Curtains are in poor condition, furniture and some ornaments are broken.. no hairdryer. Some Pots and pans has damaged lids.

Room smelt like cigarette smoke, pillows were disgusting, towels and utilities weren’t clean at all. Razor blades all over the lobby. They managed to get me another room - room was cleaner (no mirror/iron broken and towels were stained).

Fix this.

There was a cockroach (obviously more) in this unit. That should really say everything. But that’s not all. The black stand unit you see in the pictures is falling apart — as in all the shelves are just placed there because the screws came off. Placed my laptop and it came crashing down.

I booked the place for 4 nights during my Two Ocean marathon, the room was not cleaned for 4 days during my stay. I had to complain before they can even come to change my towels and to remove the bin!!! I wasn’t happy at all!!!

Despite a few hiccups, it was a great stay and a fun experience.

Loved the aesthetic, it was exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean, and the staff were great (shout out to Odwa and Nono 😊). The location is also great; very central.

The clothes shelf could use some love; most of the shelves need fixing. I failed to connect to the wifi during my stay (though the t.v worked fine).
