The rooms are big and spacious; and near.

Breakfast was not good, your staff is too relaxed. Your food was not marked; no refill for omelette ingredients. Difficult to operate the to. Ended up not watching at all. It’s important to watch the news but I couldn’t as I found it very difficult to navigate through.

A random man unlocked my room ,got in and 2days later …the is still a back me forth with the hotel

We chose this as a less expensive alternative to the Waterfront. As such it was fine, but perhaps we would pay extra for a better location next time. We had some issues with the room which, after some hiccups, were eventually resolved more than to our satisfaction. Parking was close by and convenient. The room itself, once sorted, was fine.

There were no views from any rooms and our initially assigned room was simply gloomily overshadowed by the large building immediately across the street. Our subsequent allocation had intolerable wind noise (it was unusable). We did eventually get to a more than satisfactory solution and once it was handled properly we were very happy with the service.

The staff was kind - The hotel was clean with modern design. the Gym was modern and well equipped.

The lighting in the Executive Studio was very poor- this was quite odd and apparently normal for that type of room. Very dark. The room design was a bit odd: TV not facing the bed and not able to be rotated, etc. It should be noted that it was very windy, and in the room we had, it was very hard to sleep.

Horrible stay and unprofessional staff

Nothing was good .My stay was horrible, staff is very rude and don’t take responsibility for their actions.

I booked an executive studio room , for reasons I have to work and conduct virtual meeting. When I checked in I was allocated a small room with dirty uncleaned toilet and unfunctional , no table .. Two nights I was in a wrong room , all staff lied to me they will come to me and none came back to me until I checked out. They wanted to compensate me with a dinner when I was checking out. I want refund! Food is bad !

Beautiful Hotel with Great Food.

We loved our stay! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant and bar area had a great atmosphere, and the sushi bar served some of the best sushi we’ve ever had. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff did an excellent job keeping everything neat and organized despite how busy it was.

We felt that both the room and restaurant prices were a bit on the high side, even though the quality and experience were very good.

Friendly and helpful staff, the atmosphere was great, the room was spacy and comfortable.

The location was next to my meeting venue, which was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant was cosy and nice, the food was delicious, and the waiters was friendly and attentive.

The evening guest was sometimes rowdy, and it seems more of a meet and engaged facility at the restaurant. One evening the waiters took too long for my bill and another couple next to me was waiting to be attended too far too long.

The acquistics were phenominal, cleanliness and was very good. The staff was amazing it was very good and astounding. It really stood out as the best I ever had.

My stay was okay, the hotel is nice. It was just annoying to deal with room service being so disappointing.

The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and nice.

1. The curtains were a bit dirty 2. I sent room service a Whatsapp message requesting the menu at 7pm, no response for hours, I sent another message at 22:27 and still no response. I called the room service extension and I was informed that the kitchen is closed. I think asked for a corkscrew and the lady said the bar is closed, however reception said the bar closes at 23:00. She then proceeded to say she will bring it, I called again at 22:57 to ask if she is still coming and she said yes but she never arrived and reception was not helpful. All their said is that they will note it and report it because room service is a separate company from them???

The bed was very comfortable. The linen is changed everyday, grateful for that.

The breakfast did not change, we got served same food everyday. The one coloured guy he is tall in height who denied me going around the white stairs just for viewing, it’s as if she undermined me. I just didn’t want to retaliate.

Easy access to catch an uber into and around town, Breakfast was amazing and Jeff the Chef was an outstanding performer, Bedroom was cleaned well and the staff are always pleasant from the doormen, receptionists and breakfast staff.
