1. Very clean and fresh smelling but after a few hours of use in the room and using the toilet....
Behind the toilet wall/seams? There's urine/liquid of some sort leaking and leaving a terrible smell.
I didn't tell reception because that was the last thing on my mind
(I was mugged of my phone and my father passed away while I was in CT)
2. There was a truck parked outside, throughout the night, for most of my stay, making a constant noise.
It looked like they were busy with the sewage system?
3. Guests from "SACU" had no regard for sleeping guests.
Saying that, I would still go back because the staff/security are wonderful!!
Hotel is clean inside and outside.

Sun1 Foreshore offers all you need for the budget conscious visitor to Cape Town,Heck even if you from Cape Town and you need a quick break away from kids for you and your partner:-) Rooms are reasonable size. Linen is always clean. Airconditioning makes a huge diffference as well. Sun1 Foreshore is a win in my books.

Was on course for 2 days and needed place to stay over to avoid peak traffic on N1 in morning and afternoon. This venue was suited since it’s close to V&A Waterfront
