Sipho at the desk super , he was the best

Quite central

There is an alarm going on for 5 min everyday I was there early in the morning , totally unacceptable . You go yo an hotel to sleep and this happen everyday

Poor ventilation, bathroom is small and it's gets wet and messy after taking a shower, making it hard to use the toilet, one ply toilet paper, no shower caps, the coffee was bad

It was a good stay.

The cleanliness of the room and reception workers were very welcoming. The room was very mucg as expected and I appreciated the the heater/air conditioning.

My room card gave me a problem most of the time but besides that my stay was good.

Our stay was acceptable, Sipho was very great!

The property was very clean and the cleaners were very friendly, the complimentary coffee was a greet asset. Sipho was a welcoming and pleasant person to be around, I loved having him as a receptionist.

The non-smoking rooms had a stench of smoke which isn’t on the people’s side but they should enforce the no smoking rule on the no smoking section.

Hotel or Motel?

*I really enjoyed the free coffee, you can pour as much as you like. *There was a place where you could keep your laugage when you check out.

*The shower space was very small to a point when you take a shower the water gets into the toilet area. *The lights of the bathroom were flickering. *The TV channels are limited (it's from SABC 1-4 ). *An accident occurred less than 10 minutes of arrival, and no first aid kit that was provided. The supervisor came over 20 minutes of the incident. *The staff(ladies at reception)and cleaners do not greet *They did not speak the business language (they spoke in Xhosa),which I failed to understand. *The staff clean very late. *The building is full of flys and there is no doom. *I requested for the ironing board and the lady told me it was very far whereas she was sitting down busy on the phone and did not seem bothered . *The bunk bed board fell and I almost got injured . *The receptionist (the light skin lady who work on the 28 December )was rude and impatient when we wanted to confirm if we took all our laugage.(IT WAS A BOMB!) *The lady at the reception needs customer service training. * The rooms( need a bite of improvement,like wardrobes). *The hotel has limited twin plugs . *The receptionist did not share information about what is available to the customers( iron,ironing board,etc). * There was no bar fidge(each room must at least have a bar fridge). Their rooms are giving student RES vibes the setting of the room does not make sense. *There was no image of the bathroom which gave us high hopes that the room is decent. *Staff did not have any name badges

The staff was helpful and friendly. Parking is secure. Great free coffee in the lobby.

The key card was not working properly, you have to continue trying until the door opens. The bed was a bit lumpy and the pillows were only one per person and a bit thin. The air conditioning was noisy, but it was working. Only two towels were received while three people were booked.

The staff were friendly as always and very helpful. It is close to where I needed to be.

The property itself is fine, amenities are obviously out of date since it hasn’t bene renovated yet like the others. I stayed in room 311, the door lock barely work/seemed loose so the card struggled to work (probably spent like 10/15mins to get into my room) and the door isn’t latching properly, this was noticeable with the wind coming from the open window moving the door constantly while it is closed. Unfortunately I had to book a smoking room since there were no non-smoking rooms available on the busy weekend. So the smell of secondhand smoke lingered even in the bed. Other guests at the property were yelling and making a lot of noise at 2/3am for what felt like an hour.

No USB or cell phone charger ports in the room which does not make sense at all in 2025. Please attend to that and the receptionist did not have enough adapters, if that is mentioned in your website then I must have missed it.

A fair stay in Capetown

Sipho was the only guy who made my stay bearable. The coffee machine 100% .

The room was stinking of cigarette, the shower water was spilling through the toilet floor... No charging port and a microwave should be in every room.

The place was cleans and the coffee was good. They have a coffee machine, I made a cappuccino in the morning.
