The apartment was completely renovated in 2016, and is equipped with all comforts, from air conditioning to Wi Fi. 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 double room. Open floor plan with large living room, fully equipped and modern kitchen with island and stools, dishwasher, stove and oven. The apartment is over 100 square meters, very spacious, bright and with a terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the Umbrian valley. It is located a stone's throw from Assisi within walking distance and has easy parking confidential and free. Excellent starting point for discovering the beauty of the city and Umbria. A few hundred meters away for many trails of Mount Subasio Park for hiking and cycling. Possibility of garage for bicycles on request
