The apartment was completely renovated in 2016, and is equipped with all comforts, from air conditioning to Wi Fi. 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 double room. Open floor plan with large living room, fully equipped and modern kitchen with island and stools, dishwasher, stove and oven. The apartment is over 100 square meters, very spacious, bright and with a terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the Umbrian valley. It is located a stone's throw from Assisi within walking distance and has easy parking confidential and free. Excellent starting point for discovering the beauty of the city and Umbria. A few hundred meters away for many trails of Mount Subasio Park for hiking and cycling. Possibility of garage for bicycles on request

Angela the host was amazing, helping us several times with communication challenges. The property was delightful and the veranda was enjoyed by all especially in the morning with all the birds chirping. Great clean place conveniently located by a cafe and market. All the other great reviews are accurate. Great location walking distance to the historic center and with a parking space. Angela was a fantastic host. The air conditioning was really nice in the July heat.

Angela met us at the VRBO, showed us around it and gave us some great ideas of things to see and restaurants to eat at. Small grocery store and cafe one block away. Everyone there was very friendly.
