Within Assisi center, walking distance to St. Francis of Assisi Basilica, Church of Santa Maria Maggiore and Santa Chiara. A lot of restaurants near the area. The house is well apportioned, spacious and Andrea warmly welcomes his visitors upon arrival. Provides detailed instructions on how to get to the place.

Andrea manages his house in a professional way. He is also very kind and generous providing a lot of things for guests. We feel Casa Maria like home. We will choose to stay in Andrea’s casa again when coming back to Assisi one day. Being so considerate, Andrea made us feel very comfortable and warmly welcome in our 3 nights in. Casa Maria. We highly recommend this accomodation for anyone who plans to visit Assisi.

PERFECT! P as in Professional. The B&B is run by Andrea, very professional, everything organized to the T. He will greet you with a smila and will walk you through everything ( including the spinning Globe) at the house. E as in Everything. From the Air Conditioning downstairs and upstairs to the ice machine and the coffee maker. All the amenities you need! R as is Relax. Andreia has thought of everything. Park right near the entrance upon arrival, unload, settle in. F as in Fabulous. You will enjoy Assisi as everything is within walking distance. Restaurants a-plenty. Andreia will provide the best references where to eat. E as in Easy. Andreia will get you a parking spot where you leave your car for free after settling in. The town is literally at your feet to explore while knowing that Casa Maria awaits you upon your return. C as in Cake. Or pie or whatever you want to call it. Andreia's mom prepped a nice pie for us which we made disappear over the 3 nights we were there.  T as in tromendous. We enjoyed the stay, the house, the town immensely. We even found time to diddle around on his PS4 although no Formula One game (what gives?) :-)  We had a great time and we will be back and highly recommend Casa Maria.

Andrea was a wonderful host! He went the extra mile in taking us to and from our bus/train. The apartment had everything we needed, including generous provisions for breakfast.

Everything was great. One of the best places I have ever stayed.

Casa Maria was an excellent place to stay in Assisi. The charming house had every amenity you could possibly need or want. It was just a few steps from Porta Nuova, yet very quiet. It was about 1.4 km walk from the Basilica of San Francesco and the main restaurant area about 0.6 km. The air conditioning worked well when needed. Please note that the bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. The house felt like an authentic, old house within the city walls but with all the modern conveniences. The Gelato cafe around the corner was a delight after a hot day of touring while the grocer/deli was extremely convenient. Andrea, the host, was very helpful and prompt when needed. I highly recommend Casa Maria

We liked everything in this apartment: location, comfort, facilities. It is spacious, comfortable and good equipped. The owner is very welcoming, friendly and helpfull. It was rainy on the check out time and he gave us a ride to the parking where our car was. The owner also provided a food for the breakfast that was excellent.
