We will choose to stay in Andrea’s casa again when coming back to Assisi one day. Being so considerate, Andrea made us feel very comfortable and warmly welcome in our 3 nights in. Casa Maria. PERFECT! P as in Professional. The B&B is run by Andrea, very professional, everything organized to the T. He will greet you with a smila and will walk you through everything ( including the spinning Globe) at the house. E as in Everything. From the Air Conditioning downstairs and upstairs to the ice machine and the coffee maker. All the amenities you need! R as is Relax. Andreia has thought of everything. Park right near the entrance upon arrival, unload, settle in. F as in Fabulous. You will enjoy Assisi as everything is within walking distance. Restaurants a-plenty. Andreia will provide the best references where to eat. E as in Easy. Andreia will get you a parking spot where you leave your car for free after settling in. The town is literally at your feet to explore while knowing that Casa Maria awaits you upon your return. C as in Cake. Or pie or whatever you want to call it. Andreia's mom prepped a nice pie for us which we made disappear over the 3 nights we were there. T as in tromendous. We enjoyed the stay, the house, the town immensely. We even found time to diddle around on his PS4 although no Formula One game (what gives?) :-) We had a great time and we will be back and highly recommend Casa Maria.

Casa Maria was an excellent place to stay in Assisi. The charming house had every amenity you could possibly need or want. It was just a few steps from Porta Nuova, yet very quiet. It was about 1.4 km walk from the Basilica of San Francesco and the main restaurant area about 0.6 km. The air conditioning worked well when needed. Please note that the bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. The house felt like an authentic, old house within the city walls but with all the modern conveniences. The Gelato cafe around the corner was a delight after a hot day of touring while the grocer/deli was extremely convenient. Andrea, the host, was very helpful and prompt when needed. I highly recommend Casa Maria

We liked everything in this apartment: location, comfort, facilities. It is spacious, comfortable and good equipped. The owner is very welcoming, friendly and helpfull. It was rainy on the check out time and he gave us a ride to the parking where our car was. The owner also provided a food for the breakfast that was excellent.

The owner Andrea is attentive, welcoming and fast to respond. The house is well-stacked with any type of food and drinks that you may desire, incl fruit, meats, cheese, juice, water, alcoholic beverages and more. We think that instant noodles would be a great addition ;) The heating in the apartment is set by room, meaning that you can warm up the bedroom without needlessly increasing the heat in the rest of the house. We appreciated the free parking close to the house.

We were a little confused about where to park the car at first, but it all worked out in the end.

Personal touches were everywhere - from the woodwork to the ironwork to the lace and cookies, almost everything was homemade. This really made the house feel like a home. Andrea also accommodates people of all tastes with lots of flexibility in experience. Food, beverages, entertainment - there were many options to suit people of many tastes and travel circumstances. The location of the house made it easy to get most places in town (or even go outside of Old Assisi if desired).

Honestly the only less-than-perfect detail I can remember is that the toilet seat was quite high and that the footstool, while a very thoughtful addition, was hard to use. It felt a bit unstable.

La disponibilità e la precisione del Sig. Andrea sono state molto apprezzate. All'interno della casa è presente tutto quanto necessario per poter soggiornare comodamente avendo i comfort che di solito si hanno nella propria abitazione. Ottima la posizione all'interno delle mura a pochi passi da Santa Chiara.

Schönen geräumige Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung, bei der keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Sehr netter Gastgeber, leckeren Kuchen von der Mama gab es natürlich auch bei der Ankunft. Kulinarisch auch alles vorhanden, was man sich wünschen kann.
