A good option for a family

The space is good and the apartment has a nice location. It was it possible to leave bags after check-out.

Breakfast must include more ingredients, such as butter, yogurt, cereals, some fruit, juice, cheese, ham. Just some small packed croissants, some cookies, jam, tea, milk and coffee is very short. It is a good idea buy a micro waves or some pots and a pan to cook. To have hot milk, por example, there only exists a very small pot. The main door of the apartment should be isolated. During the night we heard in the living room the wind whistling on the stairs of the building.

Sergio was very available and polite. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The towels and sheets were fresh. The double bed was very confortable. We highly recomend!

Great hill town. Lovely apartment. Difficult to access. Impossible to park. No brkfst, nor coffe

There was no breakfast. Coffee did not come with instructions.

Telling us that it was IMPOSSIBLE to park and drive to the location, after we only filtered for private bath and parking. We have a non-working ankle, two replaced hips, and are just off major surgery. The host chastising us about reading the parking disclosure was not helpful. A bun in a plastic wrapper does not count as breakfast. When your cell battery dies and no Internet is available, and hanging around for the host was trying.

Perfect place to stay in the perfect old city

Central location, not too far from anything, still safely away to sleep is perfect peace and silence. Very kind and helpful host, explained whatever we needed to know, easy to find, very clean and well equipped. Parking is 900 meters away but it is free, so we first parked next to the building, took the luggage to the room and then parked at the legal parking. We had a great dinner at Le Terrazze di Properzio, great food and view, very kind personnel. Assisi is just great, actually perfect!

We highly recommend it to every travler to Assisi

The location is excellent, and its facilities are very handy. It gave us a home-like feeling. The host is very generous and patient.

Wifi occasionally disconnected, but it could always come back to normal. Not a big problem.

Spiacevole inconveniente e nessuna comprensione da parte dell'host.

Purtroppo la.mia esperienza è stata spiacevole a causa di un malore di chi era con me il giirno stesso dell'arrivo. Pur avendo tempestivamente avvisato l'host e chiedendo la possibilità di poter usufruire del soggiorno in una data successiva, secondo anche la disponibilità che mi avrebbe indicato, non ho ricevuto risposta. Soltato dopo 10 giorni, dopo aver inviato un ennessimo messaggio, mi è stato risposto di no chiamando in causa la norma contrattuale. In sintesi, l'host non si è mostrato comprensibile nè flessibile. Ritorno ad Assisi ma presso altra struttura.

Posizione ottima, spazi un pó meno.

La posizione è davvero eccezionale e anche la tranquillità del vicinato.

Viene definito appartamento per 4 persone, c'è una camera e un divano letto in cucina. Non si può stare seduti a tavola, se il letto è aperto perché non c'è posto. Ciò vuol dire che la mattina diventa difficile fare colazione se si è svegli presto perché bisogna richiudere il letto facendo rumore, mancando quindi di rispetto ai vicini. Premesso ciò, adattandosi può andare bene anche per 4, per noi una notte è stata sufficiente. Per una coppia è ottimale.

Affaccio su un uliveto, a pochi passi dal centro. Camera ampia e comoda, bagno grande.

Host un po' "ansioso", preoccupato di ogni dettaglio. Divano letto non comodissimo e un po' rumoroso.

Appartamento nella parte alta del centro storico... A 2 minuti dalla basilica. Appartamento pulito e curato. Tutto bene.

la colazione forse è migliorabile, siamo certo ancora in tempo di covid è non è semplice, ma forse aggiungere qualcosina da mangiare non sarebbe male

Ottima posizione

La posizione era ottima, a pochi minuti sia dal centro città, sia dalla Basilica di San Francesco. La camera da letto era ben arredata e spaziosa. Il bagno era pulito e funzionale. La cucina attrezzata di tutti gli utensili. Abbiamo trovato cialde per il caffe e brioches per la colazione. L'host ci ha dato preziose indicazioni sul parcheggio gratuito più vicino.

L'ascensore si può usare solo due persone per volta ed essendo l'appartamento al quinto piano, spesso bisogna attendere molto. Il soggiorno, con il divano letto aperto, diventa stretto. Suggeriamo di mettere un tavolo più piccolo.

Nel centro storico di Assisi perfetta per muoversi in centro

Parcheggio un po’ lontano dalla casa ma e’ inevitabile, lo sapevamo da subito noi ci siamo organizzati con le valigie quindi per noi andava comunque bene
