We felt like we were at home

Great location with amazing views. Place has everything you need. Alberto is a great host. Helped us with parking, gave us a tour of the property and great recommendations for dinner. Will definitely come back.

I Would Stay Here Again

The hosts were great and very responsive. We arrived quite late because we had a long drive from the north but they were very accommodating. They were very gracious and and also helped us carry our bags from the parking spot that they had reserved for us. We could only stay one night but because no one was booked for the next evening, they allowed us to check out later. The shared garden at the back is fabulous. The location of the apartment is convenient to see all sights in the medieval town. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

The beautiful garden outside our door, the view from the garden, the apartment and location were quiet and peaceful. Our hosts were most kind and helpful, even picking us up from the train station after an exhausting and long travel day. Very clean.

You get much more, than you expect

The apartment is an absolute gem! By renting this apartment, you also get access to a large garden where you can enjoy breathtaking views, relax, and spend time surrounded by olive trees and the songs of birds. The hosts were amazing — they thought through even the smallest details of our stay: how to transport the luggage to the apartment, what places to visit, and they even bring homemade olive oil for their guests. We would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone!

The place was peaceful and charming and we will definitely stay again in the future

The place was lovely. We wish we would’ve had the time to stay longer. Lovely garden with a beautiful view of the Valley. The sunsets were amazing. The host was kind and helpful. The place was clean and charming. It was in an excellent location. Convenient to both St . Clare and St. Francis cathedrals. There was a small, very old consecrated church under renovation on the property that added to the charm.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful apartment, which was super-clean, roomy, well-furnished and interestingly designed. Its location midway between the main piazza and the basilica was very convenient for touring all the sites and finding restaurants. We also used the panoramic garden for some much needed rest. The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee and treats were much appreciated. Our kind and gracious host Alberto met us at the train station, drove us to the residence, gave us a full orientation, and arranged for a taxi when departing.

It was great! The hosts were super friendly and easy to arrange meeting and parking despite the sometimes tight traffic in the historical center. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean and spacious with access to an amazing shared garden that seems like your own. The view over the valley is incredible. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if in Assisi.

Beautiful property with a private garden

Gorgeous old property with all the comforts. Excellent location. Access to private garden with gorgeous views over the city and even a private church. The host was super friendly, met me at the parking and helped with my bag. So nice!

The parking is ~5min walk away down (and eventually up) a flight of stairs. Parking in Assisi is generally a challenge, so something to consider if you have reduced mobility.

It was amazing- the PERFECT stay!

Everything was AMAZING! To start off, the hosts- Alberto and Carla- were incredibly kind and made every detail perfect. They made sure everything was in order and picked us up and drove us to the location of the apartment from the train station. Alberto was always ready if we needed anything and was kind enough to drive us to pick up our rental car and also to load our suitcases in the car which was at the parking lot. They are by far some of, if not the most amazing hosts we've ever had. Second, the apartment and the location are GORGEOUS. The view outside the building is stunning and the apartment itself is impeccable and well furnished, all the facilities work great. The garden of the apartment is stunning and is a great place to take a walk. The location of the apartment is perfect to get to just about anywhere in Assisi. The Basilica of Saint Francis is a short walk away and other plazas and churches are a skip and a hop away. The free parking is also a short walk away making the apartment extremely convenient if you have a car. If there is such thing as the perfect stay, this was it. It was an 100/10 stay. Excelente estancia. Mi familia valora enormemente y agradecemos la amabilidad del propietario, es sumamente satisfatório encontrar en un viaje gente así. Buena ubicación, muy cómodo, con una terraza excepcional a desniveles , muy buena vista. Alberto se ofreció a recogernos de la estación del tren, le comentamos que teníamos que lavar ropa y el se ofreció a hacerlo por nosotros. Estuvo atento a todas nuestras necesidades, contestaba de forma instantánea. Más que un anfitrión, persinamos un trato como de amigos. Lo recomendamos ampliamente! 10/10

posizione ottima per visitare la meravigliosa Assisi. Proprietario gentilissimo che ci è venuto a prendere al parcheggio e portato personalmente alla casa. Ottimo consiglio su ristorante e cose da vedere. Casa ampia e confortevole, pulita, non manca niente: bollitore, cialde caffè, olio, sale, burro, marmellata, fette biscottate e acqua fresca in frigo! Giardino meraviglioso con vista eccezionale su Assisi. Cosa si può voler di piu?
