Perfect location close to restaurants and grocery stores, but still in a relatively quiet street

Free private parking is really good, but it was quite a walk uphill with luggage. Not realistic unless you are fit and healthy.

Great place to stay in Assisi.

Excellent location, Paolo could not have been more helpful especially as the car broke down on the way. He helped us out of a difficult situation. The apartment was well appointed, clean and spacious. We would highly recommend it.

WONDERFUL and will return as soon as possible!

lovely, we’ll-appointed apartment, comfortable for our family of 4. well-equipped and very clean. convenient location with easy access to sites. Paolo is a very attentive host, Sara was also very helpful and patient, even though we were late in our arrival and had difficulty finding our meeting point.

Even though the private parking is an added bonus, it was difficult to find. My only suggestion would be for hosts to give a more exact address for our navigation system.

very good value stay in Assisi

Lovely hosts! They made a special effort to get last minute tickets to Calendimaggio for me. It was magnificent! The apartment has a perfect quiet location on a picturesque narrow street close to the main Piazza. Yes, Assisi has many visitors, but try to go mid week and a little off season to enjoy this most elegant hill town. I have come to love it!

Very pleasant stay in charming apartment in the city of San Francesco

Central location in the old town of Assisi; friendly and very helpful owners; welcome and introduction to the flat by a friendly person, not just a key deposited somewhere; well equiped, charming appartment, no defective equipment. Private parking lot about 5 minutes from the flat, really convenient for people travelling by car! We really enjoyed our stay in this special city and apartment!

Paolo and Federica were amazing hosts. They went above & beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Paolo picked me up from the train station and arrange for a taxi to take me back at the end of my stay for no extra charge. They even bought a special coffee pot for me to use.

Everything was perfect. I couldn't ask for anything more. Even now, 2 weeks after my departure, I am still thinking about my little home in Assisi.

A gem in the middle of Assisi

I enjoyed a fully renovated place with all equipment. The owners are exceptionally kind and helpful. It is super clean and the WiFi is excellent. The location is perfect close to everything.

Absolutely Perfect!

Everything. The hosts are amazing. They not only meet you and walk you through everything, they are available for anything you may need. This was our second time in this apartment and this time was during the coronavirus. Federica was in touch with us to make sure we were ok and even Paolo her husband who was out of the country for work got in touch with us. We can’t say enough good things about them. And of course the apartment is fabulous. You have everything you need and the bed is comfy (very important). It is in a great location and just lovely.

Uma casa acolhedora com localização maravilhosa, Paolo e Federica 100% atentos no Whatsapp.

Apesar de não ter café da manhã no valor da diária, Paolo e Federica deixaram disponibilizados alguns itens como: torradas, leite, chá, café e geleias. O que foi muito bom, pois chegamos cansados e foi possível fazer um lanche antes de sairmos pela cidade em busca de um mini-mercado. Fomos recebidos no estacionamento pela Sara que nos deu todas as dicas e ensinou como abrir o portão da garagem e nos levou até a casa mostrando o imóvel por completo. A igreja de Santo Carlo Acutis fica a 100 mts da casa, não precisa de carro para se locomover em Assis, tudo perto, coisa de 10-15 minutos de caminhada. Não vejo a hora de voltar em Assis e poder ficar mais dias, dois foram poucos.

Nada a reclamar, tudo muito bem organizado e limpo.

Bellissima esperienza in questo favoloso appartamento in centro storico di Assisi. Proprietari e la sua amica di fiducia molto gentili e disponibili. Ringrazio per le cose lasciate per la colazione ( peraltro non compresa nel prezzo). Parcheggio compreso molto apprezzato.

Lugar inesquecível e simpatia/suporte dos proprietários são os destaques

A local é magnífico. Muito bem localizado (com uma padaria na esquida e restaurantes nas cercanias) e a 80m da igreja em que está o santo Carlo Acutis. Tudo estava limpo, funcionando e bem. Há dois quartos, um banheiro e a cozinha/sala. Guarda-roupas nos quartos amplos. Cozinha com pães e geleias disponibilizados pela propriedade, geladeira já com água, máquina de lavar, fogão, camas confortáveis. A simpatia dos proprietários e da Sara, que é quem efetivamente recebe os hóspedes, vale uma menção especial. Todos usam o aplicativo WhatsApp, o que facilita a comunicação com brasileiros (pois nós usamos bastante). O trem vindo de Roma pára na estação da cidade, que fica fora do Centro, há alguns quilômetros. Mas a Sara nos colocou em contato com o Arrigo (motorista de Van) e ele nos pegou na estação e nos deixou literalmente da porta da propriedade. Todos são muito pontuais. Nota 10 pra tudo!

Weekend fantastici

Struttura elegante, accogliente e arredata con gusto. . È un luogo eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista: curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort, posto auto compreso, necessari per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Ubicato a pichissimi metri dalla chiesa di Santa Maria Maggiore e da ottimi locali dove poter degustare piatti locali. Il personale è gentile, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Un’esperienza davvero impeccabile: non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio. Ci titorneremo presto.

올드타운 안에 위치해서 아시시를 다니기 좋았습니다. 호스트가 문자나 전화에 즉시 응답하고 문제를 해결해주려고 최선을 다했습니다. 근처 식당이나 숙소 오는 길 등을 매우 상세히 사전에 안내해주었습니다.

방중 하나에 난방에 문제가 있어 추웠습니다. 주차장의 위치가 올드타운 아래에 있어 도착시 짐을 가지고 가려면 철제 계단을 2층정도 올라가야하고 한참을 걸어야하므로 렌트카 운전자에게 추천하기 어렵습니다.

Excepcionalemente aconchegante, charmoso e bem localizado

Os anfitriões foram muito acolhedores e atenciosos, desde a reserva até o final da nossa estadia. Mesmo quando tivemos um atraso no voo e precisamos chegar mais tarde que o horário combinado, fomos recebidos pela Sara com muita simpatia e sorriso. Federica e Paolo mantiveram contato, nos enviando com antecedência todas as informações importantes, incluindo fotos, o que tornou nossa chegada bem simples. O apartamento é muito aconchegante, limpo, com ambientes amplos, 2 quartos com camas confortáveis, cozinha com utensílios e um chuveiro com água quentinha e com boa pressão (o que pra mim é muito importante). Tudo arrumado com muito zelo, com fotos e local para recados. Um charme que combina muito com a cidade. A localização também é outro ponto de destaque, ficando entre a Basílica de São Francisco e o centrinho. Nos deslocamos para todos os lugares a pé, sem muito esforço. Há restaurantes próximos e um café logo na esquina. Obrigada por nos receberem.

Único ponto negativo foi termos que nos despedir. Mas certamente voltaremos.

Grazioso appartamento in centro!

Appartamento grazioso e in posizione interessante, al centro dei principali luoghi di interesse. Di generose dimensioni e nel complesso silenzioso (per essere in pieno centro). Gli host si sono rivelati molto chiari e disponibili, anche se non abbiamo avuto possibilità di conoscerli personalmente ci hanno fornito le informazioni dettagliate per l'arrivo tramite Whatsapp e ci hanno messo in contatto con un loro intermediario che ci ha accolto per il check-in all'arrivo. Ottima la possibilità del parcheggio privato gratuito nelle vicinanze, c'è un cortile con posto auto numerato assegnato (non coperto) con cancello elettrico per l'accesso. Generosa la dotazione tra arredamento ed elettrodomestici grandi e piccoli, arredato con gusto. Nel complesso ci è piaciuto molto e il nostro soggiorno è volato nella meravigliosa cornice di Assisi, ne sentiremo sicuramente la mancanza!

Quasi infattibile lo scarico dei bagagli sotto casa, se non si è pratici delle vie del posto e se si ha una macchina grande come nel nostro caso (il vicolo è stretto e trafficato), ho dovuto rinunciare e trasportare a mano, in diversi viaggi, tutti i bagagli. Siamo del parere che si può sempre migliorare, essendo sia io che mia moglie dei soggetti allergici, abbiamo riscontrato un po' troppa superficialità lato pulizie e non proprio idonea, l'idea di porre i saponi doccia e mani in dispenser generici dove non è possibile risalire a tipologia e composizione, onde evitare reazioni dermatologiche ed allergiche spiacevoli. Sarebbe utile inoltre, controllare periodicamente lo stato degli utensili da cucina, alcuni sono proprio mancanti, altri da sostituire! Le chiavi dei cassonetti per gettare i rifiuti non li aprono...per mia fortuna un residente si è trovato in contemporanea ad effettuare lo stesso servizio e mi ha permesso di gettarli nel modo giusto, aprendo con le sue chiavi.

PERFEITA! Voltaria mil vezes!

Simplesmente TUDO! O apartamento é PERFEITO! Localização Fantástica, limpo, aconchegante e cada detalhe cheio de Amor. Foi minha segunda vez em Assis e fiz questão de adaptar meu roteiro para ficar no CANTO XI. E vou voltar! É um sonho!!

Assisi comoda e tattica

Appartamento molto carino e funzionale, come a casa. Letti comodi, casa fresca anche in questi giorni caldi caldi (Luglio 2025). Pulizia, gentilezza nell' accoglienza, precisione nella comunicazione. Parcheggio comodo, a poche centinaia di metri dall' alloggio. Tattico sia per visitare il centro di Assisi a piedi, sia per spostarsi nei dintorni.

Gospodarz godny polecenia. Zorganizował dla nas taksówkę, która czekała na nas na lotnisku. Mieszkanie czyste, duże, pachnące. Czekała na nas w lodówce woda w butelkach, soki w kartonach, mleko, dżem, chlebek (taki mały tostowy), kawa i herbata. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Deska do prasowania, żelazko, pralka, zmywarka wszystko dostępne. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.

Soggiorno meraviglioso

Io e la mia famiglia ( 5 adulti ) abbiamo alloggiato presso questa struttura per due notti . Ci siamo trovati benissimo ,a parte la felicità di mia madre di essere vicinissima alla chiesa che ospita Beato Carlo Acutis, l’appartamento è stato funzionale in tutto . È dotato di tutti i confort e gli host sono stati super disponibili in tutto …se dovessimo tornare ad Assisi ,sicuramente sappiamo dove alloggiare 😊

Zowel de lokatie, de gastvrijheid en het appartement hebben onze verwachtingen overtroffen!

Wat een fantastische host! Heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en flexibel. De communicatie vooraf en tijdens ons verblijf was heel prettig en duidelijk. Doordat we een vertraging hadden, konden we niet op tijd aanwezig zijn, maar dat was geen enkel probleem. Verder kregen we goede tips over restaurants en het contact van een bevriende taxi chauffeur.

Eigenlijk niets. Het appartement en de locatie zijn perfect! Veel ruimte, koffie, thee en ontbijt op voorraad en gratis te gebruiken. Goede en schone bedden en voldoende handdoeken. Een echte aanrader!
