This relaxation area features a 65” Smart TV for your movie nights (4K Netflix subscription already included), two very comfortable rocking chairs perfect for relaxing, and a sofa that can be converted into a single bed.
The dining table, where you’ll find a bottle of Modenese wine offered by us.
KITCHEN:
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay: Dishwasher, oven, stove with 5 burners, coffee machine with included capsules, kettle with included tea bags, fridge with freezer.
It will also have everything needed to cook as if you were at home: kitchen utensils, pots, plates, cutlery, glasses...
SLEEPING AREA:
Climbing up to the mezzanine, your peaceful corner awaits.
A double bed from which you can admire the direct view of the Ghirlandina, the iconic symbol of Modena.
A large wardrobe to store your personal items and a private bathroom.
With all the comforts, equipped with a shower box, towels, soaps, shampoo, and a hairdryer.
BATHROOM AREA:
The main bathroom, recently renovated, is complete with a toilet, sanitary fixtures, a modern shower box with shower gel, a towel set, and a practical anti-slip mat.
