If you're looking to expand your horizons and see other nearby locales, you can catch a train at La Spezia Centrale Station, a short 12-minute walk away.

This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental features a sofa bed and air conditioning. Connect to the WiFi, or get cozy in front of the cable/satellite TV; there's also a stereo. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and towels. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing. Other amenities include bed sheets and an ironing board.

Well-located apartment, sunny with a good reception. However, not as described with only one bedroom and a sofa bed instead of two bedrooms. There was mold on the freezer doors.

Although our host was extremely prompt when needed, this apartment is anything but luxury. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There was only a small wardrobe to hang things, no room for long hanging items, no hooks to hang things up that needn’t be hung in the wardrobe. No bedside lamps so reading at night was done by ceiling light only. Bathroom was extremely small, shower is so tight you can bare turn around in it. Black mould and mildew present. Minimal furnishings. Old hard lumpy futon in living area. Old pots, pans and cutlery. Minimal towels given for our stay so had to buy paper towels to use in kitchen. Managed to get more bath towels but after showering there is a small towel warmer that barely holds one bath towel so nowhere to hang wet bath towels but outside which was pouring rain, or over the doors. Only washing machine, no dryer. Must bring your own laundry soap. Again, no where to hang things to dry when it’s raining outside. Great TV for English speaking people if you like that. The host is great but apartment is bare minimum, as someone who rents through VRBO often.

Appartement bien situé mais non conforme à l annonce. Il était decrit 2 chambres. En définitive il n y avait qu une chambre et un canapé lit dans la pièce principal. Je n ai pas payé pour qu une chambre donc se fut une mauvaise surprise. À noter également de la moisissure sur les portes du congélateur. En revanche l appartement est ensoleillé et nous avons été bien accueilli.
