Detached house with private courtyard, located in a hamlet on a hillside with breathtaking views of the Loir Valley.
On the ground floor: fitted kitchen, living/dining room (wood-burning stove and sofa bed, TV and Wi-Fi), bathroom with shower, and toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine with an extra single bed, bedroom 1 (1 x 1.60 m bed), bedroom 2 with direct access to the outside (1 x 1.40 m bed), bedroom 3 (2 x 0.90 m beds), bathroom with shower and toilet. Electric heating. Sheets, towels, and household linen are provided and included. Wood for the stove is provided. Carport. Non-smoking accommodation.
No facilities are provided for electric vehicles, but charging stations are located 4 km from the cottage. Come and discover the Thoré Tourist Train, the St. Rimay Tunnel, the town of Vendôme, the Santiago de Compostela cycling routes, beautiful walks, the Côteaux du Vendômois vineyards, the Montoire International Folklore Festival (August 15th), the châteaux of Loir-et-Cher (Chambord, Cheverny, etc.), the Ronsard Manor (Possonnière), the troglodyte village of Trôo, and discover river and lake fishing.
