This is a spacious and beautiful apartment in an Incredible location in the middle of town. The beds were very comfortable and it was so nice to have a working kitchen as well as laundry. The doors and windows all open to make a wonderful cross current and we appreciated the amount of space that we had and the guide to the town was super helpful.

Really lovely, nicely appointed unit. Warm and cozy with French charm. Spacious and comfortable for a family of five. A washer and dryer which was very helpful for us. Great location. Lovely host Alexis was very organized and provided a thoughtful list of local recommendations for our stay.

No dishwasher and only a tiny bit of watered down dish soap to do our dishes.

Nice and convenient apartment in the heart of Tours

Alexis, the owner was very nice to us at all times. Instructions at arrival were very clear, he also provided a guide with highlights from the city and when we had an issue with the elwctricity of the apartment he showed up in a few minutes and resolved the issue within the day.

We had an general issue with the electricity of the apartment caused by a malfuntioning toaster. This left the apartment without electricity, but the owner took care of it very quickly by fixing electricity issue and replacing the toaster. We were not able to have breakfast though.

We loved the location and the apartment was beautiful. It was so clean and while we didn't meet our host they were available for any questions or queries we had..They made everything so easy for us. As a family of 2 adults and 5 children we had so much space and comfort in the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

Nice appartment / worst check-in ever...

The appartment is nice and spacious. We only used it for a night sleep on our way to Portugal. So we enjoyed it for a few hours...

When we booked the appartment we informed the owner that we expected to arrive after midnight. It was an appartment with 24/7 check-in options. Various messages later, between a lot of general information there was the message that the check-in was only possible until midnight. We only read this when we were in the middle of France en route to the appartment. When we arrived around 0100 AM we started the the check-in procedure and this failed due to security reasons. The only option was to call booking.com to check if they could contact the owner. No response at all... So we had to ring all doorbells (sorry for that!) from all the neighbours just get in. The keys were in a safe which was in the postal box, so it was possible. After 30 minutes, waiting with 3 young children on the street, finally someone opened the door. The next morning we brought them croissants to make it up. The only thing the owner said that it has never happened before and that he was sorry. The neighbours however told us that it happends often.... So please make sure that you arrive before midnight at the appartment.

Opgefriste maar wel wat verouderde accomodatie. Eenpersoonsbedden en houten vloer kraakten enorm. Ok als ´tussenstop´adres voor 1 overnachting.
