Good basis for exploring the châteaux of the Loire valley

Convenient location outside the center of Tours with easy access to the motorway. Private parking space. Very welcoming and helpful owner. 10 min by car to the center of Tours. Aldi/tank station in the vicinity.

Rather small wc (shower room is OK), thin walls.

It was a really nice stay. Perfect House with a closed garden. Perfect with dogs. 800 meter to the Tram to Tour center, which drove every 10 minuts. The House is not build for 43 degres. But maybe this will never be again. 😎. Isabel will help you if it is possible. She is very serviceminded. Søren and Lillian. Denmark.

Conciergedienst katastrophal

Eigentlich ein nettes Haus, gut ausgestattet und witzig eingerichtet. Theoretisch für einen tollen Aufenthalt geeignet, aber....

Wie heute üblich, haben wir niemanden vor Ort getroffen und nur schriftlich kommuniziert. Und diese Kommunikation war katastrophal. Die Concierge sprach nur französisch, ich konnte den SMS-Text nicht übersetzen, hab nicht alles sofort verstanden, mich aber redlich bemüht und sie war total ungeduldig und rüde und hat schließlich gar nicht mehr reagiert. So blieb das WLan-Passwort ein Geheimnis. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Vor allem in der Küche: dreckiges Geschirr und Besteck in den Schränken, fettschmierige Oberflächen, fleckige, ungewaschene Küchenhandtücher und alles so zugestellt, dass man kaum Frühstück zubereiten konnte - geschweige denn kochen. Im Garten standen kaputte und/oder verdreckte (beschissene) Möbel. Hier hatte sich schon länger niemand mehr gekümmert. Sehr schade. Ich würde dem Vermieter empfehlen die Concierge zu wechseln.
