I recommend this place for a good rest! Great for a family of 4!

Quiet neighbourhood, great apartment, comfortable bed & sofa bed, easy to communicate with owner (always ready to help us if we had questions). We loved looking out the window, watching the little rabbits run around and play! Kitchen fully equipped with anything you could need to prepare your meals. I definitely recommend this apartment!.

Pleasant Return to Tours

The apartment was clean and modern with all facilities. It even had a bathtub and washing machine. The kitchen was spacious and had large fridge/freezer a real plus. There was free parking outside building.

The WiFi and TV never worked and there were no bath towels left out for a shower. It is summer and a fan in bedroom would have been appreciated.

Dovolená v Tours

Byt se nachází v 8. patře 16 patrového bytového domu, dům je dobře udržovaný, v domě byl po celou dobu našeho pobytu klid. Kousek od domu, je zastávka tramvaje Suzanne Valadon, odkud je možné se dostat do centra tramvají A, na zastávce je i automat na jízdenky. Byt je ideální jako základna pro výlety na zámek Chenonceau, Villandry, Usse, Amboise. Klíče jsme si převzali v bezpečnostní schránce, instrukce jsme obdrželi e-mailem den před příjezdem. U domu ráno a večer pobíhali králíci, kteří tam mají nory.

Zařízení bytu, hlavně kuchyňská linka, je starší, a poněkud opotřebovaná, což by nevadilo, kdyby byl byt lépe uklizen. Pokud majitelé přes zimu pořádně umyjí kuchyňskou linku, dveře a okna, tak byt můžeme vřele doporučit. Ještě jsme postrádali větší hrnec na těstoviny a v ložnici by se místo křesla hodila komoda na oblečení.

Ottima ed economica sistemazione per visitare Tours e dintorni.

L'appartamento si trova all'ottavo piano di un grosso palazzo vicino al Pont de la Vendée du tramway, a sud della città. Può sembrare periferico ma presenta alcuni grossi vantaggi, il primo e che troverete sempre posteggio sotto casa, il secondo che a 50m troverete la fermata del tram che vi porterà in centro città. L'appartamento presenta i segni dell'età ma è pulito ed ottimamente organizzato, come a casa vostra troverete tutto ciò che vi serve (piano cottura, forno, forno microonde, frigorifero, tostapane, macchina caffè, etc etc. Ottimo anche il kit in dotazione alla casa come riso, zucchero, pasta, sale, bustine thè e caffè! Forniti anche sapone piatti, mani, strofinacci per cucina. La vista dalla cucina è bella. Il bagno è senza finestre con un aspiratore, ha la vasca parzialmente incassata e quindi risulta comodo fare la doccia senza bagnare ovunque. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo !!

Si potrebbe migliorare la luce in bagno sullo specchio, farsi la barba in penombra non è il massimo. Viene consegnato 1 solo asciugamano grosso x doccia a testa, lasciarne anche uno piccolo per viso e mani sarebbe sicuramente un piccolo passo avanti. Il letto è il classico letto alla francese, per noi risultava un po' stretto.

L’appartement est bien vaste , bien aménagé. Située à 1mn du tram et près du centre commercial. Tout y est dans cet appartement pour passer un agréable séjour, très confortable.

Aucune flexibilité sur l’horaire pour récupérer les clés. En ce qui concerne les consignes et informations, tout se fait sur la plate-forme et mail .

El apartamento necesita renovaciones. Comenzando por el baño. Desde cambios tan sencillos como un cable de ducha más largo hasta la eliminación de la peligrosa bañera, pasando por el cambio del sistema de ventilación a uno menos ruidoso. La cama topa con la puerta de entrada, dejando un espacio pequeño para pasar. Eso es molesto si tienes que hacerlo varias veces cada día. Una puerta corredera sería la solución. Por otro lado, la infraestructura eléctrica del apartamento está descuidada y es poco práctica, ya que no hay enchufes donde se necesitan. Esto se resolvería con pequeños ajustes que harían que la experiencia fuera del todo adecuada.

Hätte okay sein können aber die Gastgeber waren extrem unkulant, ich hatte gebucht und merkte erst kurz danach, dass man keine Haustiere mitnehmen darf. Eine Umbuchung bzw Stornierung wollten sie nicht zulassen. Insofern musste einer von uns die erste Nacht mit dem Hund im Auto verbringen, auf die zweite Nacht haben wir dann verzichtet.

Achter Stock eines nicht besonders attraktiven Hochhauses mit engen Gängen, sehr intensive Morgensonne, das heißt es wird morgen schon sehr heiß.

Великолепная локация - недалеко от въезда в город, очень удобно выезжать по разным замкам (это главная цель нашего приезда), прекрасный вид на реку Шер, свежий воздух, птички поют, вечером можно прогуляться по набережной, возле дома бегают милые кролики)). Из супермаркетов рекомендуем Carrefour (2 км) или Intermarche (тоже около 2 км) - там большой выбор продуктов и есть место для парковки. Возле дома - отличная парковка и всегда есть свободные места! Также прямо рядом с домом трамвайная остановка - до центра 8 остановок - очень удобно!!! Очень приветливые жители дома - всегда улыбались и здоровались! Локация просто СУПЕР! В апартаментах есть всё необходимое - очень удобная кровать, чайник, кофеварка, плита, духовка, микроволновка! Очень хороший напор воды))

Немного старая мебель на кухне, но этот момент не испортил нам впечатления и мы поставили 10, потому что всё остальное нам очень понравилось и если мы снова будем в Туре, то остановимся здесь))
