Bring your boat? We have over 200ft of dock space! Sit on the terrace and star gaze or play a game of bocci ball or corn hole. Seascape Inn is a small boutique hotel situated on the Sooke Inlet just a kilometre from Sooke town centre and 40 mins from Victoria.

This suite is small and hotel room like. There are SEVERAL STAIRS down to the water so if you have mobility issues and want to go down to the water and dock, studio probably would NOT be a good fit for you. The terrace, which overlooks the Harbour is easily accessible with no stairs. Studio has a HALF kitchen. Small fridge, two burner stove, convection oven, air fryer, Keurig, kettle, toaster, blender and microwave. Bathroom with toilet sink and small standup shower. Covered patio with table, chairs, BBQ and fire table. Full access to Seascapes oceanfront property, dock, terrace, boardwalk, oceanfront beach, moorage, kayaks, and crab traps. Laundry room open from 9 AM to 7pm.
No smoking in-suite. Centrally located a kilometre from Sooke town centre. The host, Tiffiny is very responsive and helpful - responding to my emails within minutes. The studio is clean although quite small. The kitchenette has all the necessary cooking tools for our stay. We enjoyed the barbecue outside on the patio. We especially loved their big ocean side patio with umbrellas and swivel chairs. Al in all we had an enjoyable and relaxing time there.

We enjoyed the property but were disappointed there was no view. When we read oceanfront we thought we would be able to see the ocean. It was difficult to get the shower faucet turned off and not dripping. It was very clean and although there were a number on any traps around we saw no insects. There were basic condiments there but because we ate out we only used coffee.

It was a great location, the host Tiffany was wonderful . The suite is tiny but well equipped, the mattress wasn’t great. We brought our boat , we were so excited to be able to park at a private wharf , the downside was 62 stairs down to it . My husband & I are seniors & the number of stairs should be included in the write up . That is a lot of stairs if anyone has mobility issues

Host was very helpful. Bsyhroom shower tiny. Faucet needed repair. Rug by bed needed replacingView of water great.
