Location was central to where we needed to be, good for walking our dog. Had fridge, coffee maker and microwave so that was great and beds were comfortable.
Room was dated and in need of many small repairs, I suspect it was left as is, as it is a dog friendly room.
Overall quiet but other guests were quite loud our first night, chatting outside our door for a long period of time (Perks of a motel unfortunately) not too late but we were up very early to travel that day so 10pm was late for us. A group of Coit workers were up at 6am another day and chatting for a while outside our door. In fairness to motel it's hard to control peoples ignorance to others.
