I really enjoyed the onsen, which was a highlight of the stay. The location is excellent, the staff are very kind and attentive, and the food was outstanding.
The only minor downside is that the property feels a little dated and could benefit from some minor renovation.

Privacy on the walls or doors. To thin. I understand is a Ryokan and is not that bad but also not that comfortable or private.

1- if you arrive late, the tram closes early and you gotta walk/take taxi
2- apparently they were emailing me but i did not realize
3- so so breakfast
4- you gotta book private onsen wayyy beforehand. cannot be right there and then
