Really enjoyed our stay, great location / easy to get to / get around, very clean, good onsen.

Beautiful property. Wonderful staff. Amazing dining experience. Unique feel with removal of shoes on entering the lobby. Japanese touch with robes provided for wearing.

Towels are very thin. Toilet had a leak and as such foul sewer smell in the bathroom.

The view from the breakfast room and our room was fantastic. Our onsen on the balcony was really nice, too. The breakfast had many options and if you like Japanese food then you’ll like the buffet.

The room was too small for four people. We travelled with our kids and once the futons were on the floor, we was too messy. That’s also because there is. I space for clothes etc so you had to have your suitcase on the floor too and couldn’t unpack. There was mold around the AC which is probably hard because of the super high humidity during August, but a hotel this expensive must clean it regularly. And we chose „light cleaning“ which meant the staff did not even take the dirty cups and glasses out of the room. They only but new towels and onsen clothes, the two things we could have used a second day easily. The service during breakfast was okay but not good, there was always something that needed to be refilled and we had to ask. Last breakfast slot is 9-9:30, they close at 10.
