If you can face a walk up the hill from the station this place is great. Everything fastidiously clean our room with the futons was lovely. Onsen very nice. Gōra is a cute scenic village one stop from the open air museum and you can get on to the cable car beside the station. It also has a shop selling gluten free noodles and doughnuts.

There is a charge to use the table tennis table and darts.

無人オートロック形式で、スタッフ不在のためメール案内文をしっかり読まないといけません。 スタッフ応対が面倒な人はかなり嬉しい仕組みです。 車利用ならば、旅行拠点としての立地はかなり良いです。

道路と駐車場の傾斜がかなりあり、ドアの開けしめや車高が低い車は要注意。 共用温泉は、外国人観光客も多い為かフケのようなものが浮いていたりして潔癖症の方には辛いかも。 施設の大半が予約有料でかなり割高、サウナ、卓球、ダーツ利用がもっと安めの金額設定ならかなりオススメできる施設です。

Le concept maison/hôtel et la décoration sont très chouettes. Le onsen parfait.

Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées et les équipements de la salle commune (cuisine) ne sont pas toujours accessibles (pas d’accès à l’évier le matin). Les accessoires de salle de bain et les sachets de thé ne sont pas renouvelés.

Too small for a family of 4. It wasn’t mentioned that the dining room has to be converted into a bedroom . Also everything was on chargeable basis . All the facilities like kitchenette, utensils etc . When you book it in a town like hakone where everything is shut down at 6, you need a kitchen to cook especially with kids. Also it was mentioned Mountain View whereas there was no view. There was a construction going on in front of the room and that was our view. Nobody at the property to interact with in case there was any issue .
