Lovely place, a short walk for the station, and loved the baths as well. The staff was amazing and the room was calm and clean. Will return !

Ce n’est pas un ryokan. Tout est en supplément même le café est payant. Et le onsen n’est ouvert que de 15 à 21h. On ne peut pas prendre de douche le matin. Zéro service, pas d’humain

gorgeous facilities - all brand new! Lovely onsen too. It is quite small, but as the accom only has a few rooms, you're likely to get it to yourselves. The public area upstairs was so spacious which was lovely as the rooms don't have much space once futons are laid.

I didn't love that there's a fee to play ping pong and darts. I personally would prefer to pay a higher price in the booking and have it feel inclusive of the experience. But as I travelled with 4 people, it was only 1000 yen pp. Normally its 4000 yen for an hour booking slot, but the staff member gave us more flexible access for the night which was greatly appreciated!!!!

Too small for a family of 4. It wasn’t mentioned that the dining room has to be converted into a bedroom . Also everything was on chargeable basis . All the facilities like kitchenette, utensils etc . When you book it in a town like hakone where everything is shut down at 6, you need a kitchen to cook especially with kids. Also it was mentioned Mountain View whereas there was no view. There was a construction going on in front of the room and that was our view. Nobody at the property to interact with in case there was any issue .
