Spotkess clean, good location and lovely decor. Artificial onsen was also great!

Bed bases in the downstairs bedroom were really squeaky

The apartment itself and how it was equipped was very well done. Inviting. And also the access with the key code was very easy and convenient.

We were very unfortunate that by 9:30PM our neighbors in the building arrived and made a tremendous lot of noise. It started as if it were 5 elephants arriving and walking the staircase. Unfortunately it went on and on and they did have a lot of fun but a lot of noise came in our apartment: the buildings connecting walls are not made for this at all. So their party was in our house. Until 3AM unfortunately :(. Good apartment: great location for Hakone open air museum. When booking I did not have any clue however that it would take still this long from Odawara on to reach. But that was maybe my mistake.. be aware: our bus (J or H line) took a 90 minutes drive from Odawara to the appt stop, due to traffic jam. Whereas this normally should take 30mins. I don’t know whether the traffic was an exception or not, but take this in mind. (Preferably take the train). Due to this we missed the opportunity to visit the open air museum that day :(. The reason for our stay here..
