Fantastic experience staying here with wife and friend. The staff are very polite and professional. The onsens are relaxing. The autumn view from our room was absolutely gorgeous, as was the view from the dining area. The food was excellent, always filling. Quick walk from Gora Station but even quicker to use the next station up if you are taking the cable car to Owakudani/Lake Ashi. We had a very memorable experience here and were really impressed with the cleanliness and comfort provided by the staff.

What an incredible experience while visiting Japan, the authentic dinner & breakfast were outstanding, and the close proximity to Hakone Ropeway, Lake Ashi and breathtaking views of Mt Fuji was a bonus!!

Very cosy family hotel! Very clean, super amenities (Kose cosmetics), not far from Gora Station (exl. with extremely heavy luggage), more than enough tasty food with super presentation, clean and nice onsen, attention to the detail. Thank you!
