樹-Itsuki- "岩風呂付 rockbath"

It’s located closely to almost everything in Hakone. Onsen is perfect! Oh, and the monitor that I connected my laptop to is probably the best thing I remember cause I’ve been working in between and that helped me a lot. Best for families w kids.

The tub was great! Everything was as described, clean, and functional. The location was convenient to Tamabaguchi station, and Yunesun hot springs. We also enjoyed getting coffee from the coffee airstream about 5 minutes away, towards the station. The area was very beautiful. Very convenient to the combini, also! We stayed with a family of 6..

Not many restaurants within walking distance.

This place was amazing. So beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We loved having our own private onsen rockbath. It was great to have access to a washing machine and decent size kitchen too. After coming from Tokyo accommodation we felt spoilt staying in such a spacious home. We thought the location was great too. It’s a great location to access the Hakone loop. There are direct buses from everywhere to here (Hakone-Yumoto station, moto-Hakone, Yunessen, Gora Station etc) and it’s an easy walk to Hakone open air museum and Chokokunomori Station (the roads aren’t suitable for walking from Kowakidani station). There is a tiny brewery beer bar next door and a seven eleven a couple of minutes walk. We stayed 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer as this place is the perfect location for some downtime from hectic travel. There is actually lots to do in Hakone - please make sure you visit the Hakone open air museum and when doing the loop take a walk around the Hakone Rikyu and Onshi-Hakone-Koen Park. We wish we had time to visit the suspension bridge too. Highly recommend staying here when you visit Hakone.

Spacious and quiet.

The attached bath was locked and there were some difficulty in communicating with the proprietor. Mainly no flexibility available and didn't answer for part of the time.
