Very well kept, rather new well-designed property. Clean and spacious. Rooms are comfortable. The second half bath is a big plus, especially for a big group like us. The hotsprings tub in the bathroom is such a treat! The outdoor barbecue area is nice overlooking the moss garden. Location is close to the usual Hakone tourist sites. The host is very helpful and very quick to respond to our needs. I definitely would recommend this property to anyone visiting Hakone.
