The apartment is luminous and calm; formed by a sitting room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen with access to the terrace with a dining table; all the apartment has a very nice view on roofs and hills of La Spezia. Restaurants and bars are close to the apartement. 500 metres walk to reach the new Marina "Porto Mirabello" with restaurants and swimming pool. Ideal to reach Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Lerici by ferries (500 meters), bus ( 20 meters), Cinque Terre train (500 meters). 45 minutes to reach Pisa by train and two hours to reach Firenze; 20 minutes to reach the medieval small town Sarzana. "
