Apartment on the roof of a Tipycal Ligurian building situated in the historic center of La Spezia. The apartment is luminous and calm; formed by a sitting room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen with access to the terrace with a dining table; all the apartment has a very nice view on roofs and hills of La Spezia. Restaurants and bars are close to the apartement. 500 metres walk to reach the new Marina "Porto Mirabello" with restaurants and swimming pool. Ideal to reach Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Lerici by ferries (500 meters), bus ( 20 meters), Cinque Terre train (500 meters). 45 minutes to reach Pisa by train and two hours to reach Firenze; 20 minutes to reach the medieval small town Sarzana. "

This is our second time staying here. It is a comfortable place to come home to after a busy day of sightseeing. Being close to Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terra, Genoa and more is wonderful and all of those make excellent day trips. It is one block from the city market, which is one of the best markets ever for fish, fresh fruit and vegetables etc. I highly recommend staying here!

The apartment located in centre of La Spezia, clean and cosy with the beautiful view. Very close to the train station if you are planning to see the Cinque Terre. The couple renting the apartment was very friendly and helpful :-). We had amazing time ...( we got engaged ;-) )
