We were pleased with our stay at Home from Home. The interior is decorated well, the lounge and beds are very comfortable and it was spotlessly clean throughout. Easy to walk into Newcastle too. Quiet location on the edge of an estate.
Just very small things - Keeping an eye on the electricity meter (with a payment card) was a first, however we did manage to get to the end of our stay (just) without having to top up (the owner will reimburse you if you need to do this). The kitchen is basically equipped however we appreciate that not everyone likes to cook when on holiday!

Just 2 of us there, but there are 3 good double bedrooms so excellent value for 6 people
We had to call the owner and ask for help with the TV (no digital signal), how to operate the cooker hob, and how to use the central heating.
We have always found that almost all rented properties supply instructions for appliances to help clients and to avoid damage.
We suggested this to the owner, but he said that no-one else had had problems besides us.

Loved the living room as there were four of us staying and all doing craft (knitting/crocheting) so we had plenty of elbow room.
The shower had no power to it and some girls had long hair so wasn’t ideal.
