About this house rental

The property is called Rita's and is a 4-Bedroom modernised property with 2 reception rooms and 2 Bathrooms. It has a large outdoor patio area including a Barbeque area and use of a Gas Barbeque. There are planted areas at front and rear or property. Its fully enclosed with onsite Parking for 2 cars suitable for children and pets.The property is fitted with Carbon monoxide and fire alarms.
The property is situated in a Rural Location with scenic views of the Mourne Mountains and very close to Carlingford Lough and the area is suitable for walking, hiking and water sport activities.
It is close to the Carlingford ferry which runs between Greencastle and Greenore/Carlingford.
It is close to the the local towns of Rostrevor,Warrenpoint,Kilkeel and Newcastle.

Very enjoyable week with our grandchildren. Very large rural cottage in a picturesque location with everything we required. Clean and comfy. Owner communication excellent and promptly resolved an issue for us. Recommended for a visit to area.
