The lounge area is extremely comfortable with a traditional open fireplace. There is a TV, DVD and CD player for cosy nights in.

There are 3 bedrooms, capable of sleeping at least 6 people. The double has an ensuite with a spacious cubicle shower. The large room adjacent has 2 bunk beds and a single. The third room is smaller, but still very comfortable, with a single bed..

The garden has plenty of space for children to play and the adults to relax. (furniture and BBQ supplied).

This is the best holiday rental place where we have stayed in Bushmills so far, having made the trip at least once annually for nearly 30 years. The house is quiet (very important to us) and has everything we need, there is only a short walk to shops and the host was very responsive and helpful.

We have stayed in this accommodation before it has everything we needed to enjoy a week away. The location is quiet but still within walking distance of Bushmills Town . We had adventures to Ballycastle, Whiterocks beach and Portstewart national trust beach to mention a few . Alan the host messaged to check that everything was satisfactory . We had a great Time here. House is completely equipped. Perfect location to visit the coast and bushmills distillery for example. Communication with the owner was perfect.

Comfortable, clean and in a good location for exploring the coast. Value for money. Quiet location and walkable into Bushmills. Front door has a knack for turning the key to open it and looks like the lock is coming to the end of its life, but in general check-in was straightforward. Some bits in need of an update, such as towels, however everything was clean and well stocked. The boiler was quite smelly and it could reach the kitchen even with the utility room door shut so if you’re very sensitive to smell you would find it too strong. Owners were great communicators and made us feel very welcome and cared for.

This was a perfect spot for my mom and I to be able to visit family and see the entirety of the north coast of Ireland. The property was exactly as described, Alan (the property manager) was in constant contact with us. I couldn't have asked for a better time in Bushmills.

Absolutely loved staying in bushmills - it’s a quiet town but close to a lot of things to do. The location can’t be beat. The house was nice and perfect for our stay. It was a bit difficult to find the house - google and Apple Maps were not accurate. It took us some time to find but figured it out - otherwise perfect

It was convenient to have self check in since we arrived late on our 1st night. Very clean and spacious house. It worked out really good having 2 levels with 2 couples on differentwaje up schedules. . We also enjoyed a meal in the backyard one evening. Would use this place again.

House is located in a quiet housing estate, approx 10 min walk from town centre. The house had everything we needed and an enclosed garden which was great for letting the dog run about. Would highly recommend.

This house was in an extremely quiet location with good parking. It was well equipped, clean and really comfortable. There is a safe, enclosed garden and a really nice table and chairs for outside dining. As previous guests have said there need to be more towels provided. Also if you book a 5 bed house than 5 beds need to be made up, available for visiting friends/family without giving extra notice. £12 a night for a dog is very steep; I missed this point in the initial booking so it could be made clearer. Despite these points, the house is still worth 5 stars and would be especially good value for a family.

Ideally situated for North Coast sites and not too far away from Ulster American folk Park, Game of Thrones (excellent), Belfast etc. We had no complaints about the property.
