Location was great, host was very accommodating. Lovely space, patio was a bonus!

The apartment was beautiful, with all the amenities needed to make for an enjoyable stay. Lovely aspect from living room.

Unfortunately, contact with host took away from the experience. Don't know if there was a technical issue regarding communication between booking.com and the host but I received zero info after making the booking. I even emailed the host from the site to enquire about access into the property. On the day I contacted them, (issue ringing out on mine), their phone went to voicemail, I left my name and requested the info again. A text came back 'who is this'. Eventually was able to us my phone, voice message, then rang me back, curt on the phone to me, felt like I was a bother. They sent the details to my phone and then booking.com emailed the same info, all while standing outside the front door. I honestly believe the host didn't know who I was and that a booking had been made. If there's a technical issue, it needs sorting....it detracted from a stay in a beautiful apartment and a beautiful location.
