John's Luxury Seafront Apartment

The location overlooks the sea in the centre of the town. The apartment is very quiet and extremely comfortable.

Bit of sewage smell from outside but nothing to do with the apartment

The location. The size of the apartment. The view from the windows, particularly from the mezzanine bedroom. Private parking. Local facilities, such as supermarket, restaurants, shops. Balcony furniture.

The lack of privacy for people in the mezzanine bedroom when there are people in the room below. 1 noisy neighbour. Some larger saucepans to accommodate cooking for 5-6 people. These are all minor issues.

Location was fantastic. The property itself was sublime. Amazing views to just relax and take in. Wonderful stay.

Nothing.

Walking into the kitchen/living area of John's Apartment is.. how can I put this - Splendiferous. The panoramic view of the sea and mountains gives the guest an instantaneous boost of serotonin and wanderlust - yet also a strong desire to crack open a bottle of vino and gaze into the horizon of Newcastle bay! We soaked up every last bit of that picturesque view, both before and after a swashbuckling escapade up the granite trail on Donard! Then by nightfall it was time to enter a beautifully peaceful and uninterrupted slumber in one of the dreamscapes that John calls a bedroom! As the sun began to shine a new dawn on the bustling seaside town of Newcastle Co. Down, there was just enough time for us to drink in some final moments with that breathtaking vista (and some MUCH needed caffeine.. LOL!!) I would stay again in a heartbeat! Hmmm... I wonder how much John would charge per month for rent? Haha!
